Job Summary:
点心厨房主管需负责带领点心厨房的高效日常运营，全程工作需严格遵守上海迪士尼度假区餐饮标准，
确保所有出品在口味与摆盘上均达到专业、高品质的标准；同时需保障服务流程安全周到、专业高效且灵活适配，为游客在上海迪士尼度假区创造神奇的餐饮体验。本岗位直接向中餐厨师长和副厨师长汇报。
Responsibilities:
- 提供及时、有效和个性化的对客服务，确保达到专业、高品质的工作水准。遇到不能解决的问题时，迅速汇报。
- 有效的协调组织点心厨房内部的工作，最大的提高工作效率。
- 确保点心厨房所有的菜肴符合菜谱的标准。
- 监督食品准备和烹制的过程防止浪费。
- 保证厨房的卫生符合卫生部门和酒店的标准。
- 维护厨房内的各种仪器和设备。
- 保证点心厨房所有的员工熟悉我们的员工守则和运营指南。
- 根据上级的要求，需到厨房任何区域提供协助。
- 熟悉并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度，及公司关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。
- 根据公司的指引，回应需求、改变，执行任何合理的任务及额外职责。
Basic Qualifications:
- 精通点心制作，需具备至少 2 年酒店或大型优质餐厅的厨房主管工作经验，或3-4 年酒店 / 大型优质餐厅的领班工作经验；优先考虑拥有国际知名品牌或高端餐厅从业经历的人员。
- 持有厨房生产或烹饪相关资质证书者将优先考虑。
- 必须全面掌握厨房卫生操作规范及职业健康安全标准。
- 具备基础的微软办公软件（MS Office）操作能力。
- 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日。
