主要职责

• Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety, properly wear PPE, such as mask, gloves and safety glasses, etc.
• Be familiar with various woods, be able to use hand-held tools or woodworking equipment to process complex wooden products
• Be familiar with the principle of various door locks, handles, door closers, hinges, floor springs and other hardware, and be able to carry out assembly and repair hardware issue
• Carry out visual inspection and maintenance job for wooden products and hardware of building facilities, follow the requirements of the work order system(MAXIMO)
• In the process of inspection and maintenance, the parts that need to be repaired shall be repaired in time and reported as required
• Be able to guide and lead junior carpenters to complete more complex repair work, on-site hardware maintenance and other work
• Use scaffolding, ladder, man lifts, etc. and the associated PPE to meet safety standards for working at height
• Be able to lift 23Kg and carry 15Kg
• Maintain cleanliness and take appropriate steps to protect the environment
• Be able to scan the code for applying the materials

理想条件

• More than four years of experience in building and fit out preventative maintenance or building construction work experience (Experience with multi-facility or multi-technical skills preferred)
• Available to work at night shift, work on holidays all shifts (day shift, mid shift, night shift) as deemed required by management
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
• Respect for fellow cast members and should be highly motivated, reliable, and possess good communications skills
• Have the basic computer skills (Office software, etc.), accurately report information and record in the document
• Have driving license and AWP certificate are preferred

Work Location:

You will be working at Shanghai Disney Resort in Pudong, Shanghai. You can take metro Line 11 to Shanghai Disney Resort station or take one of our many shuttle buses. The shuttle buses can be taken from one of several central areas across the city every day. You can find out more information during your onboarding process.
