该职位人选要求通过对业务部门的数据进行分析并且通过对数据的分析发现公司内部潜在运营风险以及企业内部可能存在的舞弊行为。

合格的人选必须展现专业的数据库开发及管理能力,基本的业务分析能力,书写报告的能力,以及解决问题的技巧,并且能够与公司各关键部门建立有效、互信的良好关系。同时您需要有数据库开发及管理的工作经验。

工作内容

  • 熟悉商品、餐饮、酒店、门票等系统并对系统数据进行入库、开发及管理
  • 通过对数据的分析开发,提供发现业务的风险和潜在的内部舞弊行为的分析报告,从而使公司内部团队获得对业务风险及控制建议的总结并且提出相应建议的能力
  • 能够自我管理并且完成一些数据管理的项目:例如与公司内部的技术团队合作获取有分析价值的业务数据,决定采用更有效的数据开发的方法有效的提取数据、适当的利用统计和数据分析的开发技能,并且用数据可视化和有效的沟通来呈现发现的问题
  • 按时完成数据库数据开发任务,按照数据管理计划完成数据入库任务,保证数据的完整性及安全性,配合相关部门对数据库进行升级、加密、及管理,及时解决数据库相关的突发性问题。
  • 能够参与到公司内部项目讨论,与其他业务部门通力合作,了解他们的业务需求,从数据管理及开发层面出发为项目流程提供专业意见及基本的数据分析建议:例如如何获取必要的数据,可行的数据分析指标或模型,以支持必要的内部控制及内部调查

我们希望您:

  • 具备本科学位,并拥有3年以上相关工作经验
  • 熟练使用Oracle, SQL, SAS, Tableau 等大数据分析软件,具备相应的接口开发能力
  • 熟练使用Python, Java, Window Microsoft相关等开发工具,具备相应的工作流或网页开发能力
  • 能够通过对数据的前期处理(集成和清理)发现隐藏的模式、关系或者趋势
  • 能够解释并且呈现分析方法并且把结果解释给非专业的人
  • 具备突出的数据分析开发技巧以及发现并解决问题的能力
  • 具备一定的沟通技巧,能够与公司其他内部团队建立和维护良好的关系
  • 具备一定的英文书写能力
  • 会计学或金融学或计算机硕士学位或相关领域学士学位
  • 娱乐演出、主题乐园或度假休闲业过往工作经验
  • 喜爱网络交际,与全球迪士尼同事合作

Job Summary:

This position requires strong capabilities in processing, managing and developing business data and shall have basic knowledge to conduct constructive data analysis on business risks in order to identify potential risks in each line of business and internal fraudulent behaviors.

For this position, you are required to possess professional database development and management skills, basic business analytical sense, writing and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build effective, trust-based relationships with key partners inside the company. Also, You are required to be equipped with work experience related to Database development and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of merchandise, food and beverage, hotel, ticketing, etc. systems and performing business data integration, management and development
  • Through analyzing and developing data, provide analysis reports that identify business risks and potential internal fraudulent activities, which can enable internal teams to gain a summary of business risks and control recommendations, as well as the ability to propose corresponding suggestions.
  • Self-manage delivery of data management projects. E.g., collaborating with the internal technical team of the company to obtain business data that has analytical value; determining and implementing effective methods for data extraction and utilizing statistical and data analysis skills appropriately; appropriately using statistical and data analysis techniques; sharing your findings using impactful data visualizations and efficient communication.
  • Complete database data development tasks on time, follow the data management plan to fulfill data integration tasks, ensure the integrity and security of the data, cooperate with relevant departments to complete database upgrades, encryption and management, and resolve any issues on time.
  • Engage in company internal project discussions, work collaboratively with other lines of businesses to understand their needs, provide professional suggestions from the perspective of data management and development and basic suggestions from the perspective of data analytics E.g. suggest ways to obtain necessary data, propose feasible data analysis indicators or models, to support internal controls and investigations as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, computer engineering or a related field, and minimum 3 years of working experience
  • Experience with analytic solutions including Oracle, SQL-Server, SAS, Tableau and Big Data technologies, with the corresponding interface development capabilities
  • Experience with developing technology including but not limited to Python, Java, Windows Microsoft-related, with the capability of developing workflow and web-UI
  • Conduct advanced analytics with careful data pre-processing (aggregation and cleaning) to discover hidden patterns, correlations, and trend
  • Ability to interpret and present advanced analytical methodology and results to non-technical audiences
  • Distinctive problem-solving and data analytic development skills
  • With interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with other partners inside the company
  • Certain level of English writing ability
  • Prior experience in the entertainment, theme park, or vacation leisure Industry
  • Interest in networking and partnering with Disney colleagues around the world
