作为上海迪士尼度假区的业务开发团队，本部门负责系统性评估未来业务的增长机遇和战略制定，为度假区最大程度地创造商业价值；就有关度假区周边开发事宜，与政府和合作伙伴进行评估与协调；推动项目开发方面的谈判并负责用于向公司内外合作伙伴介绍度假区业务发展状况的关键报告。

此项职位将直接向上海迪士尼度假区总监, 运营参与方和业务开发汇报，并将与美国的华特迪士尼乐园和度假区全球业务开发团队有密切的合作。

工作内容：

• 制定工作计划，确保及时完成团队和合作方的任务要求；
• 进行调研与财务分析以评估上海迪士尼度假区的增长机会和战略；
• 积极探索并推动潜在的发展项目，包括商业模式评估和与内部不同关键职能部门协调并取得共识；
• 主导与外部合作方的谈判并达成合作；
• 负责定期及非定期的演示文件，提供给内部相关负责人、股东、董事会及政府合作伙伴；
• 按要求与合资企业的合作伙伴及政府部门保持密切的沟通协作。

• 具有八年以上咨询、房地产或文旅相关工作经验；
• 拥有商业、财务或相关专业的学士学位，工商管理学硕士优先；
• 扎实的的分析和建模能力，能将数据转换为用于指导行动的见解和建议；
• 出色的战略思维；
• 成功的领导者、谈判者、合作伙伴、协作者和影响者；
• 突出的书面和口头表达能力；
• 能够灵活变通，具有出色的解决问题能力；

Job Summary:

We are the Business Development team of Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR) charged with systematically assessing growth opportunities and strategies to maximize value for the Resort, reviewing and coordinating with the Government and our joint venture partner on broader developments surrounding the Resort, driving the negotiation on development related projects and deliver key presentations to report on the business state of the Resort for internal and external partners.

The Manager, Business Development will report directly to the Director, Operating Participants and Business Development at Shanghai Disney Resort, and works in close partnership with the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Global Business Development team in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop work plans, ensure timely delivery of work needed from the team and partners;
• Perform research and financial analysis to assess SHDR growth opportunities and strategies;
• Actively explore and drive potential development related projects, including business case evaluation and coordination with cross-functional internal stakeholders to form alignment;
• Lead the negotiation with external partners to drive agreement;
• Develop periodic and ad-hoc presentation to internal stakeholders, shareholders, Board of Directors and government partners;
• Closely coordinate and partner with joint venture partners and government as required.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years’ work experience in Consulting, Real Estate or Cultural tourism related area;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or other related field, MBA is preferred;
• Advanced analysis and modeling skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations;
• Strong strategic thinking;
• Demonstrated success as an effective leader, negotiator, partner, collaborator and influencer;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in both verbal and written English and Mandarin;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company;
• Enthusiasm for the Travel, Leisure, and Entertainment industries;
• Knowledge of Disney products, service lines and processes as well as an understanding of Disney brand drivers and attributes.
