主要职责

• Keep safety as the first priority at all times during work focus. Control the flow of Guests and manage the order during various entertainment performances to ensure the Guests’ experience;
• Provide assistance to Guests and Cast Members, including directions, event schedules and other inquiries;
• Be proactive to answer guest questions and always provide solutions swiftly and efficiently, handle any emergency situations to ensure the safety of guests and Cast Members as top priority.
• Respond to different types of Guests in a professional manner and with a friendly working attitude.

In addition, depends on the need of business and job nature of the Cast Member, you will need to support the following duties from time to time:

• Provide guest services like directions , answers to inquiries, park information and other related assistance to Guests;
• Ensure working area is clean and tidy;
• Assist in cross-team work in Shanghai Disney Resort;
• Ensure the cleanliness of Shanghai Disney Resort and timely removal of garbage on the floor;
• Handle cash or POS related duties in other related departments (* This applies to cash or POS related duties only).

• Physical demand includes prolonged standing and walking, constant bending and squatting and lifting up to 12 kg;
• Be able to handle challenging situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time;
• Provide courtesy to our Guests with good communication skills and a service mindset;
• A team player and be able to handle problems individually;
• Energetic, patient, positive, proactive;
• Be Flexible and adaptable (Working in an outdoor environment with varying shift times is required);
• Fluent Mandarin, both in oral and written, and basic English communication skills is preferred;
• Complete and pass all post-employment training and assessments for performing the job (including but not limited to On-Job-Training);
• Good communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with team members and across lines of business.

Work Location:

You will be working at Shanghai Disney Resort in Pudong, Shanghai. You can take metro Line 11 to Shanghai Disney Resort station or take one of our many shuttle buses. The shuttle buses can be taken from one of several central areas across the city every day. You can find out more information during your onboarding process.
