Health Service Manager
Line of Business: Security, Safety, Fire & Health Service 
Location: Shanghai, China 
Job Summary: 
As a member of Health Services Team, you will report to the Chief Physician of Shanghai Disney Resort. You will be responsible for resort clinic management, including clinic compliance and operations , cast members health engagement and resiliency, disability management, fitness for duty evaluation, ensuring that clinic doctors and nurses provide excellent medical care to guests and cast members, coordinating and managing third party medical providers. In addition, participate in the management of occupational health

Key Responsibilities: 
o You will establish scope, protocol and approach to providing both guest first aid and Cast Member Health Services at Shanghai Disney Resort; You will be responsible for managing clinic on site,  including the compliance of clinic licensing and medical practice process.
o You will provide medical consultation and expertise for health matters, document process and protocols and train related partners. Training include medical supervision, government mandated exams and certifications, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act)-required exams, work-related injury or illness management, fitness for duty evaluations and urgent care cases; 
o You will define whether or not to insource or outsource the guest first aid, and take part in hiring and selecting outsource vendor and responsible for routine management of vendor; 
o You will be responsible for the staffing and services of clinic, provide recommendation to operational and medical concern.
o You will provide wellness services (biometrics, health assessments, wellness lectures) as needed; 
o You will establish good partnership with local hospital to manage green channel for guest and Cast medical services, sick leave management, maternity situations, work injury, health certification renewals, etc.; 
o You will work with other team members to develop a strategy for Cast Member Health Services, participate in the identification, management and resolution of basic occupational medicine issues to reduce the risk of occupational health hazards. 
o Other tasks according to business request. 

Desired Qualifications: 
o Have a medical Degree or above, with training in both Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as a minimum of 5 years of professional experience; 
o Attending doctor certificate will be a added value
o Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin; 
o Personal and professional integrity of the highest order; 
o Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple constituencies. Have the ability to effectively collaborate and reach a consensus with other departments, and have good negotiation skills;

工作内容： 
o 您将负责管理乐园内的医务室，包括医务室的证照合规以及诊所运行管理流程；
o 您将就健康问题提供医学咨询和专业知识，记录流程和规程并培训相关合作伙伴，包括卫生监督、政府指定的证书考试、与工作相关的伤害或疾病管理，以及职业评估的适用性和紧急医护事件； 
o 您将明确是否使用第三方来提供游客急救服务，并参与雇佣和甄选外包供应商； 并在日常工作中负责第三方供应商的管理；
o 您将负责相关医生和护士的配备与服务、操作有效性和临床有效性的建议。 
o 你将根据需求提供健康服务（生物检测，健康评估和健康讲座）；
o 你将与当地医院建立良好合作关系，以管理游客与演职人员医疗服务的绿色通道、病假、产假、工伤和健康证明更新等方面； 
o 您将参与现场管理，并需要与团队其它成员合作，参与识别、管理和解决基本的职业医学问题，以降低新的职业健康危害风险。 
o 其它根据业务需求安排的工作。 

我们希望您： 
o 拥有医学学位及以上学位或等同学历，受到过西医和中医方面的培训，并且至少拥有5年以上的专业经验； 
o 拥有主治医师证书将会是重要的加分项
o 具有良好的中英文口语和写作能力； 
o 拥有高标准的个人和职业操守； 
o 良好的人际交往技巧和多个领域的管理能力、可以高效地与各部门合作并达成共识.
