总监,战略采购与供应链将负责领导商品与服务的采购与供应链运作,为上海迪士尼度假区提供支持。

该同事负责就货源采买和供应链战略提供业务支持和领导意见,以便通过具有竞争力的成本和适当的质量来为业务提供解决方案,并改进流程和基础设施。该职位将确保采购和供应链流程及结果的分析方法、质量和深度的一致性。

主要职责
- 与主要供应商建立战略合作关系 
- 领导和管理采购与供应链团队,为其提供职业成长和发展机会
- 领导有效的供应链运作,包括进口/入境物流、合规、交付、仓储和第三方物流供应商 
- 制定年度运营计划,积极主动地为企业确定和提供商定的经济价值
- 利用所有可用数据(支出、合同、销售、供应链等)识别降低总拥有成本以及为公司提升价值的机会 
- 积极管理新的监管和政策合规要求,内部/外部技术引入,以及供应商/供应链风险方面的变化
- 确保我们的采购和供应链团队、业务线和供应商遵守上海迪士尼度假区的采购和供应链政策
- 作为主要业务部门的合作伙伴,确定关键业务需求,提供采购服务和供应链支持 
- 基于战略采购流程准备和执行结构化谈判
- 管理电子采购工具
- 领导采购服务和供应链运作,为相关部门提供低成本/最高价值,同时考虑对运营、客户和竞争对手的影响

Title:
Director, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and Supply Chain

Description:
The Director, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and Supply Chain will be responsible for leading procurement and supply chain operations of goods & services in support of the Shanghai Disney Resort.
This position requires excellent internal customer service abilities as the Director will be responsible for interfacing with US segment and Shanghai Disney Resort lines of business on a regular basis. 
The individual is accountable for providing operational support and thought leadership on sourcing/procurement and supply chain strategies in order to provide business solutions at competitive cost with the right quality, as well as in respect to process and infrastructure improvements. This position will ensure consistency in approach, quality, and depth of analysis for sourcing and supply chain processes and results. 
The Director, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) and Supply Chain will interface with Stakeholders to fully understand Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and key business drivers.   This leader will partner and align with operations leaders and customers on potential impacts of strategic sourcing and supply chain initiatives.

Reporting Relationship:
The Director, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and Supply Chain will report to the Vice President, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement and the SHDR Vice President, CFO.

Key Accountabilities
•    Build/establish strategic relationships with key suppliers 
•    Lead and manage a team of Sourcing and Supply Chain professionals, providing opportunities for professional growth and development
•    Lead effective supply chain operation including import/inbound logistics, regulatory compliance, delivery, warehousing, and third party logistics providers 
•    Develop Annual Operating Plan, proactively identify and deliver agreed upon economic value to the Business
•    Using all available data (Spend, Contract, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to identify opportunities reducing total cost of ownership and increasing value to the company 
•    Be proactive in managing new Regulatory and Policy Compliance requirements, internal/external Technology introductions and changes in Supplier/Supply Chain Risk
•    Ensure compliance of SHDR’s Procurement and Supply Chain policies by our Sourcing and Supply Chain teams, Lines of Business and our Suppliers
•    Serve as a business partner to key Business stakeholders by identifying critical business requirements and providing procurement services and supply chain support 
•    Prepare and execute structured negotiations following the Strategic Sourcing process
•    Manage eProcurement sourcing tools
•    Lead procurement services and supply chain operations to provide low cost/best value to constituents while considering impact on operations, customers, and competitors
•    Implement cost effective technologies to:
•    Increase transactional efficiencies and decrease overall cost of procurement
•    Improve supply chain efficiencies
•    Ensure consistent application of procurement processes across constituent groups
•    Institutionalize Sourcing & Procurement and Supply Chain metrics that demonstrate value and ensure supplier performance
•    Ensure compliance by establishing and monitoring vendor performance measures in collaboration with LOBs
•    Develop best practices for supplier relationship management and supply chain operations

期望具备的资格:
- 拥有约 20 年的工作经验,8-12 年的采购/供应链组织领导经验   
- 要求获得学士学位,工商管理硕士或其他同级学位优先考虑
- 拥有 CPSM、CPM、CIPs 或 EIPM 认证   
- 供应链管理专业知识
- 内部/外部业务咨询经验

其他要求:
- 愿意出差(可能有30%出差频度)

Core Skills:
•    Demonstrated history of leading and managing diverse teams
•    Demonstrated ability to manage a complex operation with competing demands from various internal stakeholders across multiple lines of business
•    High sense of ownership and business acumen
•    Ability to make decisions based on cost/financial analysis
•    Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to influence internal and external clients 
•    Highly collaborative with a Customer service orientation and client-centered focus
•    Experienced in SAP or ERP
•    Knowledge of:
–    Best practices, procurement card, EDI, ERS, EFT, strategic alliances, supplier certification, etc.
–    External market analysis to ensure best pricing/service mix
–    Related industry experience procuring a diversified range of products and services 
–    eProcurement technologies
–    Logistics/transportation operations
–    Supply Chain Regulatory - International Labor Standards and Customs
–    Supply Chain optimization techniques  
•    Written and verbal fluency in Mandarin and English

Desired Qualifications:
•    Have around 20 years experiences in total and 8-12 years’ experience leading a Procurement/Supply Chain organization   
•    Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or another quantitative discipline preferred
•    Certification in CPSM, CPM, CIPs, or EIPM   
•    Supply chain management expertise
•    Internal/external business consulting experience

Other Requirements:
•    Willingness to travel (may require 30% travel)
