职位介绍

You will participate in:

1. Contributor of continuous improvements in the quality of the content understanding/filtering in Hotstar.

2. Implement systems that combine machine learning and product design to continuously improve over time.

3. Develop prototype, proof of concept, and demo systems to improve performance for current algorithms and architectures.

4. Implement the video/image tagging, filtering, object recognition.

5. Maintenance and troubleshooting the offline and online computer vision algorithms on product.

Expectation of you:

1. Experience: 1+ year intern experience of practical algorithm design and implementation in computer vision or machine learning related fields is a plus.

2. Knowledge: Solid mathematics, computer and machine learning background. Basic knowledge and hands-on experiences in video/image processing, e.g. object detection/classification/tracking/recognition, video/image tagging, etc. is a plus.

3. Problem Solving: Logical thinker with good problem solving and analytical ability to apply your mathematical, algorithmic and other expertise to solve real problems.

4. Learning Ability: Strong ability to master new technology in a short time.

5. Motivation: Passion for applied research and new technology, open to interdisciplinary work.

6. Collaboration: Participated in at least 1 team project, and easy to collaborate with others.

7. Communication: Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

我们希望你：

（1）经验：1年及以上的计算机视觉或机器学习相关领域的应⽤算法设计和开发的实习经验者优先

（2）知识：扎实的数学、计算机和机器学习背景。在视频/图像处理，如⽬标检测/分类/跟踪/识别、视频/图像标注等⽅⾯具有基本知识和实操经验者优先

（3）解决问题：具有较好的解决问题和分析能⼒，将数学、算法和其他技能应⽤于解决实际问题

（4）学习能⼒：具有较强的学习能⼒，能在较短的时间内掌握新的技术

（5）动机：对应⽤研究和新技术有较强的兴趣，并乐于跨领域的⼯作

（6）协作：参与过⾄少1个团队的项⽬，并易于和他⼈合作

（7）沟通：较好的⼝头和⽂字沟通技能
