上海迪士尼度假区收益管理与分析部门基于全面的分析,与其他团队合作推动度假区的收益和业务策略解决方案。收益管理与分析部门在不断发展的同时,汇集了众多包括预测与规划、收益管理与定价等领域的专业人士。作为助理经理,收益管理与定价,您将主要负责与销售、市场、消费者洞察、运营等部门同事合作开发收益驱动相关策略,以最大化地提高收益和盈利能力,其主要领域包括主题乐园各类分析。
工作内容:
- 您需要参与制订酒店业务的定价策略决定,通过专业工具软件、开发分析模型以及通过与合作伙伴的协作,最大化地提高收益和盈利能力;
- 您需要带领酒店业务重点收益管理项目计划与实施,包括找寻市场机会,制定业务规则,确保交付,并不断优化收益结果;
- 您需要发现实际销售进度和预期之间的差距,主动通知相关团队采取必要措施,以减轻年度运营计划的任何风险;
- 您需要为营运团队提供乐园酒店在销售进度方面的业务见解;
- 您需要准备每日每周和每月的报告,向公司管理层汇报乐园酒店的销售业绩;
- 您需要通过对过往做法和现状的质疑对分析工具和方法进行改进;
- 您需要向管理层提出建议,并通过有力的分析和见解影响决策;
- 您需要通过开发有效的流程、结构和工具来构建延续计划;
- 您需要与全球其他迪士尼乐园和度假区分享最佳实践。

Job Summary:
Shanghai Disney Resort Revenue Management and Analytics team drives Shanghai Disney Resort Revenue and Business strategies collaboratively with other teams by developing business solutions based on advanced analytics. Our growing group of professionals includes such functions as Forecasting and Planning, Revenue Management and Pricing. As an Associate Manager, Revenue Management and Pricing, you will be responsible for developing the Revenue strategies and tactics in partnership with his/her counterparts in Sales, Marketing, Consumer Insight, Operations, in order to maximize revenues and profitability. The primary areas include theme park and other ad-hoc analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead develop pricing strategy for hotel business, maximizing revenue and profitability through specialized tools and software, developing analytical models and through collaboration with partners.
- You will lead key revenue projects from planning to execution, including identify market opportunities, design business rules, ensure delivery, and continuous optimization.
- You will be required to identify gaps between actual sales progress and expectations and proactively inform the relevant teams of the necessary measures to mitigate any risks to the annual operating plan.
- That you will be required to provide the operations team with operational insight into the hotel's progress in sales.
- That you will be required to prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on the hotel's sales performance to company management.
- You will be required to make improvements to analytical tools and methodologies by questioning past practices and the status quo.
- That you are required to make recommendations to management and influence decisions through robust analysis and insights.
- You need to build continuity plans by developing effective processes, structures and tools.
- You need to share best practices with other Disney parks and resorts around the world.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years’ work experience in revenue management related field
- Enthusiasm for theme park and entertainment industries
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with substantial hands-on experience in conducting sophisticated business analysis
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately
- Work in a fast-paced and somewhat stressful environment
- Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company
- Possess good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to communicate up and down the organizational structure to convey key elements in a concise and positive manner
- Demonstrated partnering, relationship-building, influencing
- Strong leadership, empower fellow team members and deliver best result
- Natural curiosity and desire to learn (including new tools)
- Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Tableau) and the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
