职位介绍：

您将参与制定和执行与商业渠道相关的工作计划，帮助团队达到预期的业务目标。本职位需要高效、全方位地运用专业技能来开拓商业渠道，通过深入了解市场需求与渠道特性，协助经理制定并执行针对性的销售策略，以达成B端“迪士尼企妙乐享” (即礼品卡）以及其他B端产品的销售目标并提升品牌市场占有率。

主要职责：

• 协助经理进行市场调研，分析市场动态以及潜在渠道机会，定期提交市场分析报告，为渠道拓展决策提供数据支持；
• 参与制定渠道拓展计划，积极寻找新的合作伙伴，包括但不限于商超、企业团购平台、电商平台等，建立并拓展礼品卡销售渠道网络；
• 助力做好销售渠道产品上线、营销推广投放、线上营销活动策划等工作;
• 您将参与制定和执行企业团体票项目的业务计划，在保证高质量高品质服务的同时实现销售目标；
• 负责与现有渠道合作伙伴保持密切沟通，及时了解其销售状况、库存及客户反馈，协调解决合作过程中出现的各类问题，维护良好的合作关系，提高渠道客户满意度和忠诚度，保持内部或外部业务合作伙伴紧密合作开展工作计划；
• 与公司内部相关部门（如市场营销部、产品研发部、数字及技术部门等）协作配合，确保礼品卡产品在渠道销售过程中的相关支持工作的及时到位；
• 您将从消费者洞察和市场调研中了解企业活动的市场需求，与团队共同设计符合需求及迪士尼核心价值的产品；
• 您将协助商业渠道团队处理相关的日常操作。

• 5至以上全渠道零售、度假区、主题乐园或相关行业的销售工作经验者优先; “C端零售渠道拓展和销售经验”，以及B端企业客户销售经验优先
• 对中国核心区域，特别是上海本地的商务企业客户市场有专业的认知并拥有成熟的业务知识和商务关系；
• 有在大型团队中的工作经验和合作经历，擅长并愿意与内部团队沟通，有团队意识，善于分享经验；
• 具备很强的沟通及人际交往能力和销售及谈判技巧；
• 在紧迫的时间之内能够将战略转化为实际行动，具备独立完成项目和解决复杂问题的能力；
• 拥有积极向上及开朗外向的个性，能够自我激励并完成任务；
• 抗压能力强，专注实现自我目标；

• 大学本科及以上学历优先；
• 优秀的英语口语及书面表达能力；

Job Summary:

You will join in developing accounts and executing the work plan for corporate group ticket sales and to achieve desired business results. This position is accountable for ensuring all-round application of professional skills to develop commercial channels. By gaining an in-depth understanding of market demands and channel characteristics, you will assist the manager in formulating and implementing targeted sales strategies to achieve the sales goals of B-end "Disney Corporate Magic Enjoyment" (gift cards) and other B-end products and enhance the brand's market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in conducting market research, analyzing market trends and potential channel opportunities, and regularly submitting market analysis reports to provide data support for channel expansion decisions.
• Participate in formulating channel expansion plans, actively seek new partners, including but not limited to supermarkets, corporate group purchase platforms, e-commerce platforms, etc., and establish and expand the gift card sales channel network.
• Contribute to the work such as launching products on sales channels, marketing promotion placement, and planning marketing activities.
• You will participate in formulating and implementing the business plans for the corporate group ticket project, achieving sales goals while ensuring high-quality services.
• Be responsible for maintaining close communication with existing channel partners, promptly understanding their sales status, inventory, and customer feedback, coordinating and resolving various issues arising during the cooperation process, maintaining a good cooperative relationship, improving the satisfaction and loyalty of channel customers, and closely collaborating with internal or external business partners to carry out work plans.
• Collaborate with relevant internal LOBs of the company (such as the Marketing, RMA, T&D etc.) to ensure the timely availability of relevant support work for gift card products in channel sales.
• You will understand the market demands for corporate activities from consumer insights and market research and jointly design products that meet the demands and Disney's core values with the team.
• You will assist the In-Market team in necessary daily operations.

Desired Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of sales work experience in omni-channel retail, resorts, theme parks, or related industries are preferred; "C-end retail channel expansion and sales experience" and B-end corporate customer sales experience are preferred;
• Have professional knowledge of the business enterprise customer market in China's core regions, especially in Shanghai, and possess mature business knowledge and business relationships.
• Have work experience and cooperation experience in large teams, be good at and willing to communicate with internal teams, have a sense of teamwork, and be good at sharing experiences.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, selling, and negotiation skills;
• Proven ability to translate strategies to action in a tight time accomplish projects and solve complex problem independently;
• Outgoing, proactive character, self-motivated to complete assignments;
• Willing to achieve sales goals under challenges;
• Culturally sensitive, positive, and detailed oriented;
• Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred;
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory;
• Computer literacy, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Delphi and Opera are preferable.
