Assoc Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Highly detail-oriented Associate Billing Analyst in overseeing the entire billing cycle from data entry to invoice generation and resolution of customer inquiries. Proven track record in maintaining accurate billing records, collaborating with internal departments (Internal Audit, sales, statutory team), and providing exceptional customer service to externals.

Responsibilities

• Billing cycle management, including data verification, invoice generation and distribution to external customers
• Analyze billing data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues may impact revenue recognize.
• Customer service and inquiries
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to ensure all the transactions have been captured properly and facilitating accurate billings
• Work closely with statutory & tax accounting team to ensure tax related compliance.
• Communicate effectively with internal and externals to ensure queries are addressed promptly
• Any other internal reports required by different stakeholders
• Assist with internal and external audit
• Ad hoc from line manager

Requirements

• Good knowledge of English, both written and oral
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related area of study
• Nice to have 1 year of finance or accounting experience
• Solid Microsoft suite skills, especially Excel, Word and Outlook, SAP is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadline effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset, able to think independence and find solutions to unexpected issues
• Familiar with ERP system and accounting software is preferred
