工作内容:

  • 您将协助设计团队经理及团队的日常行政工作:办公场所,设备及用品的管理,会议安排、整理传送文件、团队内外相关人员安排等,及相关系统中操作;
  • 您将负责计划与安排会议:协调安排会议议题、成员、地点在内的事务,以及会议记录及追踪等;追踪和管理计划与活动项目
  • 您将需要设立和管理一个有效的文件管理系统,翻译、核对、传输、归档资料等;
  • 您将协助团队成员计划及准备:协助同事准备需要的物品、电脑、文具,以及安排培训和沟通等;
  • 您将计划并管理出差安排、出差准备和费用申请;
  • 您将在有需要的时候,提供其他行政支持。

我们希望您:

  • 具备本科学历或以上并拥有1年以上行政管理相关的工作经验,有迪士尼相关的工作经验者优先;
  • 拥有流利的中英文沟通能力;
  • 熟练使用微软办公软件(如:Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • 具备出色的书面和口头沟通技能;
  • 具有团队合作精神,能严格保守机密信息;
  • 具有同时处理多项任务并在快速的工作环境下独立工作的能力。

Job Summary:

We are seeking candidates with accomplished professional and high sense of responsibility, curiosity and desire to learn and grow.

This role will assist manager of D+P and provide administrative support for the design team, including but not limited to procurement, document management, meetings support and other design team related work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will assist daily administrative work for design team and manager: manage of office space, preparing documentation for license application, taking meeting minutes and follow-up, place order for load-in items and confirm receiving in system;
  • You will be responsible for scheduling and arranging meetings: coordinate meeting venue, agenda, attendees, meeting minutes and follow up; track and manage activities schedules;
  • You will need to set up and maintain an effective filing system, translate, verify, transmit, archive of documents;
  • You will assist the team members for arranging office supply, computers, training, Meet & greet, etc.;
  • You will plan and organize travel arrangements, preparation and submittal of expense reports;
  • You will need to provide other administrative support when needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above with over 1-year administration-related working experience, Disney-related working experience is a plus;
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English;
  • Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Have teamwork spirit with high degree of confidentiality;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
