职位介绍：

作为娱乐演出部门制作团队的舞台经理，您将组织和推进不同活动和演出的顺利开展。

工作内容：

您将负责组织和安排活动和节目；
您将负责所有演出和活动包括：演员、技术员、演出服装与化妆的协调、整合与监督，与导演合作建立提示程序剧本；
您将负责在演出时给出安全和准确的表演提示；
您将协调、安排并组织排练演出或活动；
您将根据舞台活动的需求负责与各部门间的协调；
您将与技术总监紧密合作，为演出活动搭建、拆卸舞台布景和活动装饰；
您将表演期间负责所有安全事宜及决策；
您将编写并发布演出报告；
您将与演员招聘团队合作以编制演员通告；
您将作为公司管理层对演员的表演和排练进行有效管理。

我们希望您：

拥有至少五年的舞台督导或活动管理经验；
具备舞台督导或活动管理学士学历尤佳；
全面了解演出开发和制作的流程；
具备突出的计算机技能包括Excel和Microsoft Project, 具备AutoCAD技能尤佳；
具备卓越的组织、合作和领导技能；
中文流利，英语口头和书面良好。

Job Summary:

As a Stage Manager, Events in the Production team, you will organize and schedule different events and shows.

Key Responsibilities:

Organization and scheduling of events and shows;
You will be responsible for organizing and planning of all show and event elements including but not limited to performers, technicians, costuming & cosmetology, and props;
You will work closely with the Creative team to create the cue script;
You will be responsible for the safe and accurate calling of all show cues;
You will coordinate schedules and run shows and event rehearsals;
You will be responsible for inter-departmental coordination required for stage events;
You will work closely with the Technical Director on technical needs and timeline event set-up and strike;
You will be responsible for safety-related decisions during performances;
You will write and distribute comprehensive post-event show reports;
You will partner with Talent Casting to secure and schedule event Cast Members.

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum five years of experience in Stage Management or Event Management;
Post-secondary degree in Stage Management or Event Management is preferred;
Knowledge of all aspects of show development and production;
Strong computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Project, AutoCAD is preferred;
Possess Excellent organizational, partnering and leadership skills;
Fluent in Mandarin and good oral and written English.
