该职位人选要求能够协助团队经理对企业内部员工诚信问题，利益冲突，或舞弊行为展开有效地调查。合格的人选必须展现其良好的分析能力，书写报告的能力，以及解决问题的技巧。并且能够协助团队经理与公司各关键部门建立有效、互信的良好关系。职位人选必需拥有相关实际的调查相关工作经验。

工作内容：

• 您将需要通过执行不同的调查程序识别内部员工权利滥用的情况；
• 您将使用调查，审计及分析方法等相关经验计划并开展针对性的调查工作；
• 您将对内部调查案件进行访谈，并对调查结果做出清晰的汇报和书面总结；
• 您将确保按时完成调查报告以及对案件的必要记录，并且为案件的纪律处罚决定提供有力支持；
• 对欺诈舞弊的风险领域进行风险识别、分析，并制定监控措施。

我们希望您：

• 本科学位或以上并拥有 5年(及)以上相关工作经验；
• 具有企业调查背景和优秀的访谈技巧；
• 展现突出的沟通技巧以及口头和书面沟通的能力，能够与公司其他内部团队建立和维护良好的关系；
• 英语和普通话写、说、读流利；
• 娱乐演出、主题乐园或度假休闲业过往工作经验者优先。

Senior Financial Analyst

Line of Business: Controllership

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

As a senior financial analyst, you will assist Finance Manager in effectively investigating internal cases relating to employee integrity issues, conflict of interest, and internal fraud. This position must possess good analytical, writing and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to assist Finance Manager to build effective, trust-based relationships with key partners inside the company. Substantial investigative skills and work experience are required. 

Key Responsibilities:

• You will identify abuse of employee's privilege by conducting different investigation procedures;
• You will utilize investigative, auditing, and analysis skills and experience to design and execute focused, targeted and value-added investigation plans for assigned cases;
• You will conduct interviews for internal cases and make a conclusion in writing and verbally clear and concise report from investigation findings;
• You will ensure the completion of reports and necessary documentation in time to successfully present cases that will satisfy internal disciplinary processes;
• Conduct fraud risk analysis and make monitoring plan.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above and with minimum 5 years of working experience;
• Having corporate investigation background with very good interview skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills are required to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with other partners inside the company;
• Fluent in written, spoken and reading English and Mandarin;
• Prior experience in entertainment, theme parks, or resort industries is preferred.
