职位概述

上海迪士尼度假区拟招聘一位实习生，该职位人选将协助制定并执行内控合规工作。该职位将对上海迪士尼度假区的建设、发展和运营起到关键作用，帮助实现业务的卓越开展，并向直属经理汇报。他/她将帮助确保内部控制制度的有效执行并协助其他职能部门开展工作，同时推动财政职责以及财务绩效的完成。

主要职责

• 对信息进行采集，分析和挖掘。
• 内控合规工作文件的记录与归档
• 为特别项目提供支持，并协助部门达到既定目标
• 与其他业务部门通力合作，了解他们的业务需求，实施必要的内部调查

资格要求

• 本科或研究生在读
• 每周确保至少三个全天的工作时间
• 展现突出的口头和书面沟通的能力
• 较强的组织、分析和解决问题的能力
• 英语和普通话写、说、读流利

Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in Mainland China, is a place where friends and families can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. The resort is home to the Shanghai Disneyland theme park, two themed hotels - Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel, Disneytown, a large shopping, dining and entertainment district, a Broadway-style theatre, Wishing Star Park and other outdoor recreation areas. Shanghai Disneyland is a Magic Kingdom-style theme park featuring classic Disney storytelling and characters but with authentic cultural touches and themes tailored specifically for the people of China. As we continue to develop this magical destination, we’re looking for a variety of world-class professionals including front line Cast Members and an innovative development team to help our plans take shape.

Position Overview：

The Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking an Intern to help establish and perform the compliance and the internal control work. Reporting directly to Finance Manager, Advisory & Assurance, this position will be a key contributor to the construction, launch and operations of Shanghai Disney Resort and will help to achieve executional excellence. He or she will be expected to help implement effective systems of internal controls that enable other functions to conduct business, while also driving fiscal responsibility and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities：

• Conduct information collection, analysis and mining.
• Document and file the working paper of internal control and compliance
• Provide support to ad hoc projects, and also to the team to fulfill team tasks
• Work collaboratively with other lines of businesses to understand their needs and help to investigate when necessary

Required Qualifications：

• Undergraduate / Post-graduate student 
• Able to work more than 3 days per week
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent in written, spoken and reading English and Mandarin
