职位介绍:

作为抖音平台副经理,您将负责上海迪士尼乐园抖音官方旗舰店运营及渠道管理工作,跨部门沟通协作, 平台关系维护等以提升消费者品牌体验的同时,助力品牌抖音销售业绩达成。

工作内容:

  • 您将负责上海迪士尼度假区在抖音平台的运营策略落地
  • 协助直线经理制定销售计划、产品策略、流量规划
  • 对品牌抖音销售数据进行跟踪、评估、总结,提出切实可行的改进方案
  • 消费者分析及洞察,持续优化品牌抖音渠道体验
  • 抖音平台日常活动的报名、执行及效果追踪
  • 收集行业信息和平台最新动向,不断优化店铺运营和活动效能
  • 抖音运营商的日常管理,内外部资源争取与整合,推进销售目标达成

我们希望您:

  • 拥有大学本科及以上学历,电子商务、市场营销、商科或相关专业优先
  • 4年以上电商行业经验,抖音及相关电商平台运营或品牌数字运营经验优先
  • 具有优秀的项目及时间管理能力、解决问题的能力和执行力,注重细节
  • 具备较强的计划,组织,协调和与内外部跨团队合作的能力
  • 优秀的中英文口语、写作及演讲能力
  • 较强的商业敏感度和数字分析能力
  • 自我驱动,快速学习,务实有责任感,能在较少监督时正确、高效履行工作职责

Job Summary:

As Douyin platform associate manager, you will be responsible for the operation and channel management of Douyin official flagship store, cross-department communication and collaboration, platform relationship maintenance, etc. to improve consumer brand experience and help achieve Douyin sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the operation strategy implementation for Shanghai Disney Resort on Douyin platform
  • Assist line manager to develop sales plan, product strategy, and traffic plan
  • Tracking and evaluating brand’s sales performance in Douyin, and proposing practical improvement methods
  • Consumer analysis to continuously optimize the consumer brand experience in Douyin
  • Responsible for the registration, execution and tracking of Douyin platform regular activations
  • Collecting industry information and latest platform trends to optimize shop operation
  • Daily management of Douyin partners, internal and external resource acquisition and integration, to promote sales target achievement

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in e-commerce, marketing, business or related
  • >4 years of experience in e-commerce industry, Douyin and e-commerce platform operation or brand digital operation experience is preferred
  • Excellent project and time management skills, problem solving ability and execution, attention to detail
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, coordinate and collaborate with internal and external cross-team
  • Excellent oral, writing and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
  • Strong business sensitivity and digital analysis ability
  • Self-driven, quick learner, pragmatic and responsible, able to perform job duties correctly and efficiently with little supervision
  • Initiative, energetic, able to work under certain pressure and results-oriented
