职位介绍：
这个岗位是SHDR设施服务部门对内部和外部部门的第一联络人。 负责与运营部门的日常沟通和协调，支持和帮助运营团队的日常运营安排，帮助运营部门处理日常运营过程中的各种设施相关的问题，如景点游乐设施停机，游乐设施移交运营，电气，照明，空调，给排水，消防设施，厨房设备，电梯，建筑与装饰等设施，覆盖全天24小时运营。

工作内容：
1.    团队管理和团队代表.   5%
2.    负责紧急事件响应，紧急故障维修，临时故障处理，景点设施停机处理等，及时向管理层汇报现场情况，及时更新事件的处置进展情况。负责编制事件报告，提交管理层。  10%
3.    沟通和协调设施维护团队与运营团队，高效的支持日常的运营。 对于各类设施问题，提供专业的建议和及时的进行故障诊断。及时的准确的向管理层汇报现场情况。 5%
4.    负责管理和处理日常的重要工单，指挥和管理一线员工及时的处理并完成每天的工单，确保乐园的正常运营。对一线员工进行指导和管理。 30%
5.    沟通和协调供应商的现场服务工作和项目实施，对供应商现场工作进行检查和审计，负责对供应商现场工作的安全、质量控制、工作进展、人员安排进行检查和监督管理，要求供应商遵守和复核Disney的标准。准备第三方供应商现场检查和管理报告。 30%
6.    负责核对和确认景点设备和场景的 准备就绪，确保景点设施顺利地移交运营，以保证乐园顺利地开园和正常运营。5%
7.    代表FOS参加各类运营协调会议。  5%
8.    负责编写每天的值班日志。 5%
9.    部门领导安排的其它任务。 5%

我们希望您：
1.    职业学校及以上毕业，工程专业
2.    至少5年及以上工程维护工作经验
3.    至少2年及以上设施维护团队管理经验
4.    良好的沟通技巧，团队合作精神
5.    希望具有良好的英文口头和书面能力
6.    良好的计算机和文字编辑能力
7.    具有熟练的Maximo系统实际运用能力
8.    良好的问题解决能力，良好的协作和组织能力
9.    良好的顾客服务意识
10.    能够适应各种排班需要

By ensuring the smooth operation of every magical experience and contributing to our many industry awards and honors, you will help carry forward Disney’s spirit of craftsmanship.

Job Summary:
The position is eyes and ears of FOS and is always the first contact point for SHDR both internal/external parties. Communicate/coordinate with Operation teams on daily operation arrangement/issues including all facility maintenance aspects, e.g. attraction downtimes, attraction turnover, electrical, lighting, air conditioning, plumbing & drainage, fire service, kitchen equipment, lift system, building and architectural, covering day/night maintenance.

What You’ll Do: 
1.    Team leadership and ownership.   5%
2.    Handle emergency calls, urgent repairing, ad hoc maintenance work and response to downtimes, report and update the status to management team in a timely manner. Prepare incident reports for senior management.  10%
3.    Communication and coordination with technical teams and operation partners to support daily operation with high efficiency. Provide advice and troubleshooting on the technical issues. Report out the case status to management team on time 5%
4.    Manage the handling of daily work requests & daily work orders, manage frontline workforce to complete the work orders within a specific timeline. Provide supervision to frontline is required. 30%
5.    Communication and cooperation with maintenance contractors and different FOS team to perform maintenance work, conduct site inspections and audit to monitor/review the safety, quality control, work progress, manpower deployment of vendors and prepare site inspection reports. 30%
6.    Validate the readiness of all Ride and Show equipment and ensure attractions are ready to turn over for operation prior park open. 5%
7.    Ops coordination meetings on behalf of FOS  5%
8.    Prepare Duty Log each shift. 5%
9.    Other work assigned by leader 5%

What To Bring:    
1.    Vocation school or above in Engineering disciplines or equivalent
2.    5+ years working experience in Engineering area
3.    2+ years people management in maintenance team
4.    Strong communication skill, team behaviors and spirit of cooperation
5.    Good English skills both in oral and written is preferred
6.    Good computer and wording edit skills
7.    Good practical knowledge in Maximo system
8.    Have good problem solving, coordination and influencing skills
9.    Guest and customer focus
10.    Available to work all shifts
