职位概述:
该职位负责管理当地的电气工程部门,并作为电气工程在上海的代表。向工程总监汇报工作。
核心职能与职责:
- 管理电气部门的资源,并为内部工程师、外部顾问以及本地设计院(LDI)在设计和施工文件的生产中提供行政指导。
- 培养和提升电气工程人才。
- 管理一个大型电气工程师和设计师团队,负责大型、复杂或多个项目的全阶段设计。
- 制定电气工程设计标准、工作范围、工程软成本设计估算和资源计划。
- 分配项目和工作任务,并准备绩效评估。
- 与上海迪士尼度假区合作伙伴、相关机构和本地设计院建立并维护良好关系。
- 管理和审查高复杂度项目的电气工程设计、分析和计算。
- 为内部工程师和设计师以及外部顾问和本地设计院在施工合同文件的生产中提供技术指导。
- 监控工作进展,确保技术质量、跨学科协调和要求得到满足。
- 确保符合华特迪士尼幻想工程设计标准、程序和规范。
- 在施工期间为内部工程师提供指导,确保工作图纸的质量控制和现场实施。
- 与相关机构和公用事业公司(国家电网、电力局、上海消防局等)就提交审批和法定检查进行沟通协调。
- 根据需要提供施工支持,并审查加工图纸和设计变更。
教育背景与资质:
- 拥有电气工程领域的专业执照。
- 毕业于经认可的工程学院,获得电气工程学士学位。
- 拥有电气工程领域的高级学位将是一个加分项。
- 至少拥有17年电气工程领域的工作经验,包括商业或工业项目合同文件的生产和使用经验。
- 至少拥有5年管理电气工程师和设计师团队的经验,负责电气设计和施工合同文件的生产。
- 拥有施工阶段的经验,包括提交或加工图纸审查流程以及现场检查。
技术和领导技能:
- 在电力和控制领域拥有电气工程设计和分析经验。
- 对电气工程学科有全面的了解,包括行业实践、施工方法和材料、规范、当前技术以及在设计和施工的所有阶段准备和使用合同文件。
- 熟悉电气控制和低压或电信系统设计将是一个加分项。
- 熟练使用Revit和CAD技术进行工程设计、生产和分析。
- 熟练使用Excel、Word和PowerPoint准备报告和演示文稿。
- 能够与相关机构、顾问和本地设计院进行技术讨论,并在高度协作的多学科项目团队环境中蓬勃发展。
- 能够领导和指导顾问、电气工程师和设计师团队,负责中等复杂度项目的施工文件生产,贯穿设计的所有阶段。
- 拥有出色的英语和普通话书面及口头沟通能力,以及良好的人际交往能力。
- 拥有强大的组织能力,并能够有效地将工作分配给下属。
General Role Description:
This position is responsible for managing the local Electrical Engineering Department and be the face of Electrical Engineering in Shanghai. Report to the Director of Engineering.
Core Function and Responsibilities:
- Manage Electrical department’s resources and provide administrative direction to in-house engineers, outside consultants and LDIs in production of design and construction documents.
- Mentor and develop electrical engineering talents.
- Manage a large team of electrical engineers and designers on large, complex or multiple projects through all phases of design.
- Develop Electrical Engineering Design standards, scope of work, engineering soft cost design estimates and resources plan.
- Make project and work assignments and prepare performance reviews.
- Interface and maintain relationships with resort partners (SHDR), Authorities and Local Design Institutes (LDIs).
- Manage and review electrical engineering designs, analyses, and calculations for projects of high complexity.
- Provide technical direction to in-house engineers and designers, and to outside consultants and LDIs in the production of construction contract documents.
- Monitor progress of work and ensure that technical quality, interdisciplinary coordination and requirements are met.
- Ensure conformance to WDI design standards, procedures and specifications.
- Provide direction to in-house engineers during construction in quality control of working drawings and on-site implementation.
- Liaise with Authorities and Utilities Companies (State Grid, Power Bureau, Shanghai Fire Bureau, etc.) on submission approval and statutory inspections.
- Provide construction support and review shop drawing and design changes as needed.
Education and Qualifications:
- Professional license in the field of electrical engineering.
- Graduate of an accredited school of engineering, with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- Advanced degree in the field of electrical engineering is desirable.
- Minimum 17 years of work experience in electrical engineering, with experience in the production and use of contract documents for commercial or industrial projects.
- Minimum of 5 years managing a team of electrical engineers and designers in the production of electrical design and contract documents for construction.
- Experienced in the construction phase with submittal or shop drawing review process and on-site field inspections.
Technical and Leadership Skills:
- Electrical engineering design and analysis experience in the areas of power and controls.
- General knowledge of the electrical engineering discipline, including industry practices, construction methods and materials, codes, current technology and the preparation and use of contract documents in all phases of design and construction.
- Working knowledge of electrical control and low-voltage or telecommunications systems design is desirable.
- Proficient in the use of Revit & CAD technology for engineering design, production, and analysis.
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Words and Power Point to prepare report and presentation.
- Ability to lead technical discussion with Authority, consultants and LDI, and to thrive in a highly collaborative, multi-discipline project team environment.
- Ability to lead and direct consultants/ a team of electrical engineers and designers in the production of construction documents for project of medium complexity through all phases of design.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Putonghua, along with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skill and the ability to effectively delegate work to subordinates.
