多元与包容顾问将在制定上海迪士尼度假区多元与包容战略重点、推动多元与包容工作计划实施,和培育多元与包容社区等方面发挥主导作用。与此同时,作为迪士尼大学的一员,该岗位任职者也会参与到迪士尼大学领导力发展、人才培养和组织文化建设相关的各类项目中。该岗位的主要职责包括:制定多元与包容战略/优先事项,建设和完善多元与包容战略落地相关机制和体系,对内提供多元与包容相关的咨询,设计和交付多元与包容学习体验,在内部和外部推广上海迪士尼度假区多元与包容最佳实践、提升公司声誉,以及参与迪士尼大学各类领导力发展、人才培养以及组织文化建设的相关项目。
工作内容:
多元与包容战略、优先事项和利益相关者管理
- 与主要利益相关者合作,根据总部的多元与包容框架、各级领导的反馈,以及组织和人员方面的数据洞察,制定和明确上海迪士尼度假区多元与包容战略重点和优先事项
- 对上海迪士尼度假区多元与包容成熟度进行系统评估,借助相关数据、总部多元与包容成熟度评估模型、领导者反馈、员工调研结果来为多元与包容战略和优先事项制定提供信息
- 与多元与包容咨询委员会主席密切合作,领导和组织咨询委员会季度会议,与委员会成员紧密沟通,就咨询委员会的主要议程和运作机制提供建议
- 定期与总部和上海迪士尼度假区的领导者保持沟通,分享多元和包容工作的重要更新,寻求主要利益相关者的意见,并推动重点工作的开展
多元与包容内部咨询 – 业务员工资源社群
- 作为多元与包容内部咨询顾问,为业务员工资源社群(Business Employee Resource Group, BERG)提供多元与包容相关的咨询和建议,协助设计和优化相关治理结构 ,并为业务员工资源社群的领导岗位人员选拔提供建议
- 通过有效的对内和对外故事分享和沟通宣传,促进和扩大业务员工资源社群活动的影响力、分享最佳实践
- 保持与业务员工资源社群领导人的定期对话,以了解 社群工作进展,并为 社群活动提供支持和建议
多元与包容内部咨询 – 业务线相关
- 作为多元与包容内部咨询顾问,为各个业务线提供多元与包容相关的咨询和建议,协助设计和优化业务线多元与包容联络人机制,并为人选提供建议
- 负责维护业务线多元与包容联络人社区,促进跨各个业务线多元与包容最佳实践分享,推动多元与包容重要工作的开展,并培养 多元与包容倡导者
- 利用数据和洞察力(例如多元和包容相关数据、员工敬业度调查结果)帮助业务条线提升多元与包容意识,并制定业务条线特定的多元与包容 关键举措
- 通过有效的对内和对外故事分享和沟通宣传,促进和扩大业务条线相关的多元和包容举措的影响力、分享最佳实践
多元与包容学习体验
- 充分利用现有的学习课程资源、总部多元与包容相关工具和学习资源,以及外部市场的课程资源,为公司的不同受众群体开发有关多元与包容不同方面的培训课程
- 了解多元与包容培训和学习与发展方面的最新趋势和最佳实践,为多元与包容学习课程开发多样化的学习解决方案(例如课堂学习、对话和研讨会、在线学习)
- 与迪士尼大学团队密切合作,将多元与包容相关的学习体验嵌入到现有的课程中(例如传统与遗产培训、领导力发展计划等)
- 担任多元与包容学习课程的主培训师,并培养内部培训师/引导师
- 设计多元与包容即插即用活动,创造有趣和生动的学习体验,从而提高整个组织的多元与包容意识
内外部沟通和交流
- 与相关方密切合作,以简洁和明确的语言,传递多元与包容的核心理念,收集和整理相关的故事讲述,利用各种内部沟通平台和机会来宣传推广多元与包容的核心理念,分享多元与包容相关的故事
- 协助组织公司层面的多元与包容重点活动,提供活动思路方面的建议,帮助培养整个组织的多元与包容意识
- 代表上海迪士尼度假区参加各种论坛和活动,以推广上海迪士尼度假区多元与包容方面的最佳实践,与政府、协会、社区代表、意见领袖和行业代表保持紧密联系,以在多元与包容领域帮助上海迪士尼度假区树立良好声誉
领导力发展、人才培养以及文化建设
- 作为迪士尼大学的一员,积极参与大学的各项领导力发展、人才培养以及文化建设项目,参与设计和交付领导力发展项目,高潜人才培养计划,支持业务条线的定制化发展项目,推广和落地总部相关的框架和工具等

Line of Business: Human Resource

Job Summary:

We are focused on supporting Disney’s mission by giving its Cast Members powerful opportunities to learn and develop throughout their careers, while driving the cultivation of an inclusive environment in which everyone belongs and prospers.
Diversity & Inclusion Consultant will act as a leading role in shaping the D&I strategic priorities, driving D&I initiative implementation and cultivating D&I community in Shanghai Disney Resort. In the mean time, as a key member of the Disney University, this role will also actively contribute to the various leadership development, talent development and organization culture related programs and initiatives. The main responsibilities include: D&I strategy / priorities formulation, D&I advisory council engagement, D&I consultations and support to BERG (Business Employee Resource Group) and line of business , D&I learning experience design and delivery, promotion of D&I best practices both internally and externally, and contributing to various leadership, talent and culture related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Diversity & Inclusion Strategy, Priorities and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with key stakeholders to define on Shanghai Disney Resort Diversity & Inclusion strategy and priorities based on Global D&I framework, key stakeholder feedback, and organization & people insights
- Conduct systemic evaluation of Shanghai Disney Resort D&I maturity level, leverage D&I data dashboard, Global Diversity & Inclusion Maturity Assessment Model, stakeholder feedback, cast member survey to inform D&I strategy and priority setting
- Work closely with the chair of Shanghai Disney Resort Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Council, lead and organize Advisory Council quarterly meetings, engage council members, advise on Advisory Council key agenda and operating mechanism
- Engage Shanghai Disney Resort Advisory Council leaders and Global stakeholders regularly to share important updates of Shanghai Disney Resort D&I work, seek inputs from key stakeholders and drive alignment on Shanghai Disney Resort D&I initiatives
Diversity & Inclusion Consultation - Business Employee Resource Groups (BERGs)
- As D&I consultant, provide consultations to Business Employee Resource Groups, assist in designing and optimizing the overall governance structure of BERGs, and advise on the selection of BERG champions and chairs
- Promote and amplify BERG activities, best practices and impact through effective storytelling and communication both internally and externally
- Lead and maintain regular check-in conversation with BERG leaders to understand BERG status, and provide support & advice to BERG activities
Diversity & Inclusion Consultation - Line of Business
- As D&I consultant, provide consultations to Line of Business on D&I topics, assist in designing and optimizing the overall Line of Business D&I Point of Contact mechanisms
- Establish and maintain an active and engaging Line of Business D&I community to drive important D&I agenda across Shanghai Disney Resort, promote cross-Line of Business D&I best practice sharing and develop D&I champions
- Leverage data & insight (e.g. Line of Business specific D&I data dashboard, employee engagement survey result) to to cultivate D&I awareness and formulate D&I key initiatives in Line of Business
- Promote and amplify Line of Business driven D&I activities, best practices and impact through effective storytelling and communication both internally and externally
Diversity & Inclusion Learning Experience
- Develop a comprehensive training offering on different aspects of Diversity & Inclusion for various groups of audiences at Shanghai Disney Resort, fully leverage Shanghai Disney Resort existing learning offerings, Global D&I tools & learning resources, external D&I offerings
- Understand the latest trends and best practices in D&I training and learning & development in general, develop blended learning solutions (e.g. classroom learning, dialogue & workshop, online learning) for D&I learning offerings
- Work closely with Disney University team to embed D&I related learning experiences into existing DU offering such as Traditions & Heritage training, Leadership Development Programs, etc
- Act as the master trainer for D&I learning offerings and develop internal trainers/facilitators
- Design D&I plug & play activities to create engaging experience and boost D&I awareness across the organization
Communication, Storytelling and Exchange
- Work closely with key stakeholders and related parties to craft D&I key messages and stories, leverage various platforms and regular touchpoints to amplify and promote D&I key messages and stories
- Provide support and advice in designing and organizing site-level D&I related events to cultivate D&I awareness across the organization
- Represent Shanghai Disney Resort to participate in various forums and events to promote Shanghai Disney Resort D&I best practice, liaison with government, associations, community representatives, D&I KOLs, and industry representatives to build positive reputation of Shanghai Disney Resort in D&I
Leadership, Talent & Culture
- As key member of the Disney University, contribute to various leadership, talent and culture related initiatives at Disney University, actively participate in the design and delivery of leadership development programs, talent development programs, customized programs for Line of Business and the implementation and roll-out of global initiatives in Shanghai Disney Resort.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to be flexible and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management/consultant skills and prioritization/organization skills for various environment.
- Proven experience working with all levels of leadership, including sr. manager and executive.
- Ability to facilitate highly complex content and agendas, adapting approach and style to a variety of audiences
- Strong partnering skills and ability to build effective relationships with diverse partners
- Excellent written and verbal English & Chinese communication skills
- Passion for Diversity & Inclusion related topics
- Experience in learning and development and/or communication in a plus
- Bachelor’s degree and above
