我们希望您：

• 有主题乐园运营、舞台艺术、设计、制作相关10年以上经验；

• 在快节奏的环境中同时处理多个项目的所有技术方面的能力；
• 有与舞台艺术、设计、制作相关的学士学位。

Job Summary:

As Key technical leader within the Entertainment and costuming Senior leadership team, you will oversee and plan for Show Support, Technical Services, Fireworks, Technical Production, Technical Direction, Technical Designers and department heads.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will lead all technical efforts for entertainment daily operations and production;
• You will develop and manage annual operating budgets for assigned areas of Entertainment, capital equipment budgets for the Entertainment, budgets for technical elements of all production, and budgets for long term technical maintenance and replenishment;
• You will provide oversight on all Entertainment events and projects;
• You will work closely with production and operating teams during event development, installation, commissioning, and test and adjust phases to ensure successful opening and smooth transition to technical operating teams;
• You will recruit, manage and mentor managers of Tech Service, Show Support, Fireworks, and Technical Production;
• You will serve as Entertainment Liaison to Resort, Segment and industry Entertainment Technology groups;
• You will ensure technical compliance with all internal and external regulatory policies and safety regulations;
• You will manage and maintain ongoing relationships with relevant government licensing bodies.

Desired Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Theme park Operation, Technical Theater, Design, Production;
• Ability to interact effectively with creative and production teams, vendors, clients, government regulatory bodies, direct reports and frontline Cast Members;
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage capital and operating budgets;
• Demonstrated ability to handle all technical aspects of multiple projects simultaneously in a fast­paced environment;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Theater, Design, Production.
