该职位隶属上海迪士尼度假区公共事务部支持企业社会责任与社区关系团队,协助度假区的社区关系,公益事业和企业社会责任之总体战略的开发与执行。

日常工作包括但不限于:开发并组织企业社会责任与社区关系相关的活动;维护与非营利性机构的合作关系,管理度假区慈善事业等。该职位也将负责支持企业社会责任与社区关系经理完成上海迪士尼度假区企业社会责任报告。

工作内容:

  • 开发与支持上海迪士尼度假区企业社会责任的内部外部各项目标,执行社区关系和企业社会责任策略,组织各项活动并负责活动的具体流程与开展等;
  • 协助及执行迪士尼环境保护项目,跟踪环境相关的新趋势新议题;
  • 确保所有环境相关项目与上海迪士尼度假区及华特迪士尼公司环境目标一致;
  • 协助及执行企业社会责任报告;
  • 确保所有社区活动在预算范围之内;
  • 与各非营利性机构建立并维持良好关系;
  • 在规定的时间内高效准确地完成所有工作任务;
  • 与内部领导层紧密合作,协助开发企业社会责任战略;
  • 支持团队合作;
  • 灵活机动地安排自己的工作;能够在周末,节假日及夜间工作,适应国内外出差。

我们希望您:

  • 环境保护或环境管理相关领域学士学位及以上;
  • 在环境类智库、国际公益组织、公司企业社会责任相关或传讯部门具有5-8年相关经验;
  • 了解中国社会及上海的宏观环境治理状况及与其相关的政府政策;
  • 有能力执行战略,与项目团队合作落实各项社会责任战略和计划;
  • 了解国内外环境议题相关的企业社会责任知识;
  • 精通中英文口头及书面表达;
  • 有创造性的思维方式,有能力领导项目并预计可能出现的问题;
  • 具备优秀的活动策划与管理技巧;
  • 具有解决问题和冲突的能力;
  • 能持续发展并不断提高;
  • 优秀有效的人际交往能力、展示技巧、口头和书面表达能力;
  • 具备团队协作能力,能够在团队内及团队间有效地工作;
  • 具备优秀的与非营利性机构沟通的技巧;
  • 有在跨文化环境工作的经验;
  • 了解中国政府和国有企业的管理机制 ;

Job Summary:

This position will support the Citizenship and Community Relations function of the Public Affairs team at Shanghai Disney Resort. The position will assist in developing the overall strategy and executing the overall community relations, philanthropy, and corporate responsibility activities for the resort.

Day-to-day functions include but are not limited to: developing and organizing citizenship and community outreach projects; maintaining relations with nonprofit organizations and managing the resort’s philanthropy programs, etc.  The position will also support citizenship and community relations manager to prepare the Shanghai Disney Resort’s citizenship and community relations report.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute community relations and corporate citizenship strategies, campaigns, processes and vehicles that support the corporate citizenship objectives of Shanghai Disney Resort in both external and internal;
  • Support and execute Disney environmental and conservation programs, and track new trends and emerging issues related to environmental issues;
  • Ensure that all environment programs reflect environmental goals of Shanghai Disney Resort and The Walt Disney Company;
  • Support and execute the development of citizenship and community relations report;
  • Ensure all community outreach events and collateral work are within budget;
  • Build and maintain relations with nonprofit organizations;
  • Accomplish all assignments effectively, accurately, and within established timeframe;
  • Routinely work with internal leadership to support the development of corporate citizenship strategies;
  • Support teamwork;
  • Flexibility in schedule based on work assignments, such as work on weekends, holidays, in the evening, or during domestic and international business travels.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in areas related to environmental protection or environmental management;
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in environment-related think tank, international NGO, and fields related to corporate social responsibility or corporate communications;
  • Knowledge of Shanghai and China’s environment governance landscape and related government policies;
  • Ability to implement strategies and coordinate with project teams to implement citizenship and community relations strategies and plans;
  • Knowledge of corporate social responsibility related to environment issues in China and overseas;
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese, oral and written;
  • Demonstrate creative thinking and the ability to take initiative with projects and anticipate issues of concerns;
  • Strong event-planning and project-management skills;
  • Problem-solving and conflict-management skills;
  • Potential to constantly grow and self-improve
  • Excellent and effective interpersonal skills, including presentation skills, oral and written;
  • Collaboration skills and able to work effectively within and across teams;
  • Strong communication skills with nonprofit organizations;
  • Experience working in a cross-culture environment;
  • Knowledge of Chinese government and state-owned enterprise management;
  • Computer Skills - knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Keynote, etc.
