工作内容：

• 您将作为主要信息沟通者与其他业务线进行沟通交流；
• 您将参看同事完成工作职责，指引并领导所有下属人员；
• 您将积极与所有演职人员沟通；
• 您将联络部门与酒店管理层；
• 您将管理劳动力预测并负责为餐厅提高利润，负责调整价格、折扣、促销和大型活动；根据业务条件和消费者趋势审核计划，并执行被批准的调整计划；
• 您将对运营情况进行相应的调整；
• 您将确保一流的服务标准和实践；
• 您将确保高绩效和盈利能力，在每天特定的服务时间段保证卓越的服务、热情好客；
• 您将持续保持团队高绩效。

• 具备充足的葡萄酒和酒吧知识 ：拥有侍酒大师公会 (Court of Masters) 或葡萄酒与烈酒教育基金会 (WSET) 认证的侍酒师证书为佳。

Job Summary:

As Restaurant Manager your role will ensure each guest has a positive dining experience as you continuously strive to go above and beyond their needs. You will inspire the team by leading by example, always adopting a hands-on, can do attitude. You will remain calm, always composed and in control. Ensuring the highest of standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be key communication and messaging platform between Food and Beverage and other Line of Business throughout Shanghai Disney Resort;
• You will supervise subordinates to carry out their jobs, Guidance and Leadership to all associates
• You will communicate with fellow cast members;
• You will liaison between Section and Hotel management;
• You will manage labor forecasting and responsible for increasing the profitability of the location, markdowns or markups, discounts, promotions and event functions.  Review plans against business conditions and consumer trends and execute approved adjustment plans;
• You will initiate required changes;
• You will ensure excellent direction in the standards and practices of service;
• You will ensure high performance and profitability while maintaining overall excellence and hospitality throughout each day’s specific service periods;
• You will continuously build a high-performance team.

Desired Qualifications:

• Suitable leadership which match Disney culture;
• At least 8 years’ experience in high-end or fine dining restaurant, or relevant theme park business with similar position;
• Experience in Food and Beverage management with exposure to all lines of businesses;
• Strong relationship skills consistent with the extensive amount of personal interaction that will take place with Guests and Casts;
• Solid negotiation, persuasion, communication, presentation and public speaking skills with high level of creativity and innovation;
• Fluent in Mandarin and English;
• Team player with good leadership;
• Training and coaching skills;
• Fine essentials of creativity and improvement;
• Understands Occupational Health and Safety standards;
• Quality Awareness;
• Selling and Marketing skills;
• Business Acumen;
• Strong wine and bar knowledge required - a sommelier certification from either Court of Masters or WSET highly value.
