职位介绍:

作为首席机械工程师,您的主要职责是管理专业机械工程师团队,领导团队成员在机械系统的系统设计、原型设计、安装、调试的各个阶段,确保机械系统的操作性能、可靠性和安全性要求。您需要及时与管理层和相关合作伙伴进行沟通,为工程服务团队提供工程支持和技术知识以解决景点的机械问题。

工作内容:

• 有高度的安全意识和责任心;

• 管理团队资源以合理分配团队成员的工作量和人力使用;

• 确保本技术团队工作流程的正确导向,能够制定、实施并改进相关的流程和机制;

• 能够引导团队成员保持合作精神;

• 提供技术领导力,能够激励和指导其他技术人员以发掘团队的最大潜能;

• 管理一个专业机械工程师团队,领导团队成员在机械系统的系统设计、原型设计、安装、调试的各个阶段,确保机械系统的操作性能、可靠性和安全性要求;

• 从技术方面管理和监督内部和供应商交付的工作,并确保所有交付和性能需要符合相关的要求;

• 确保团队成员遵守技术开发流程、工程标准及规范、符合工程最佳实践;

• 及时与管理层和相关合作伙伴进行沟通,为工程服务团队提供工程支持和技术知识以解决景点的机械问题;

• 需要愿意接受在夜间、周末和节假日的工作,能适应不同排班;

• 设计审核以及制造审核等可能需要根据培训、设计审核、制造商审核等需求前往国内外城市出差。

我们希望您:

• 至少拥有机械工程学士学位,拥有机械工程研究生学位优先;

• 至少10年以上工业机械系统工程设计、原型设计、安装与调试工作经验(游乐设备工程经验优先);

• 需要丰富的技术管理经验,在机械系统开发和实施方面有丰富的计划和管理经验;

• 优秀的中英文口语和书面沟通能力;

• 拥有较强的在解决问题给出工程判断时分析技能、逻辑性以及分析性思考的能力;

• 拥有系统和机构设计、液压或气动设计、材料工程、加工工艺以及三维设计、几何公差和质量检测方面的经验;

• 拥有供应商管理和技术合同管理经验;

• 熟练应用AutoCAD、Solidworks和Ansys等机械设计、分析工具;

• 深入了解游乐设备行业规范、标准,拥有游乐设备设计、开发、应用经验优先;

• 拥有设计变更流程和图纸、技术文档管理经验;

• 精通工业行业机械系统安装、整合以及调试的过程。

Manager, Mechanical Engineering

Line of Business: Facilities and Operations Services

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

• To working as a Manager, Mechanical Engineering, you will manage a group of professional mechanical engineers. Leading team members during system design, prototyping, installation, commissioning, and ensure operational performance, reliability, safety in attraction from mechanical point of view. You will provide timely communication to management and resort partners. Provide engineering support to the Engineering Services teams for solve attraction mechanical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety;

• Manage team resources to match the workload and manpower schedule;

• Ensuring a process orientation across the technical team, being able to develop, implement and improve processes;

• Able to guide team member to work cooperatively each other’s;

• Providing technical leadership, able to inspire and coach other technical members to perform at their highest potential;

• Manage and oversee internal and vendor delivered work in technical perspective and ensure all delivery and performance requirements have been satisfied;

• Ensure team members adhering to technical development procedures, engineering standards and codes and engineering best practices;

• Provide timely communication to management and resort partners. Provide engineering support to the Engineering Services teams for solve attraction mechanical problems;

• Must be willing to work evenings, holidays, weekends, and various shifts as needed;

• May be required to travel within China as well as to the US and other international locations for training, design reviews, manufacturer reviews, etc.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline is required. Postgraduate’s degree in Engineering discipline is preferred;

• At least 10 years of experience in an Industrial Engineering, with design, engineering, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems (Amusement parks engineering experience preferred);

• Experience of technical management required. Experience of technical management required. Demonstrated experience in scheduling and planning of mechanical systems development and implementation scope;

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Bilingual in Chinese and English is required;

• Strong analytical skills, Logical and analytical thinker with the ability to apply engineering judgment to problem solving;

• Experience in system and machine design, hydraulic or pneumatic design, materials science, manufacturing processes, 3D-CAD, geometric dimensioning and tolerance, and quality assurance;

• Demonstrated experience in contractor and vendor management and technical contract documents;

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid works and Ansys etc. mechanical design and calculation tools;

• Advanced knowledge of relevant Ride Engineering and industry standards and codes, amusement ride design and development experience preferred;

• Experience on design change process and drawing and document management;

• Highly proficient in industrial mechanical system installation, integration and commissioning.
