The Manager, Marketing leads brand and product marketing strategy/activity across assigned licensed titles within the Disney Games and Interactive Experiences global portfolio by partnering with licensees to achieve outstanding campaigns.

The Manager, Marketing owns a portfolio of products within the Games and Interactive Experiences business and helps each licensee create/execute go-to-market plans that build brand awareness, engage consumers, and drive conversions through thoughtful brand storytelling, data-driven insights, and creative innovation – all grounded in a consumer-centric integrated marketing approach.

The Manager, Marketing plays an important role within the global Disney Games and Interactive Experiences business with responsibility/oversight for a line of business and is a strategic/creative marketer, great storyteller and an outstanding collaborator. You will report to the Director, Marketing.

You Will:

  • Manage a portfolio of titles within the global Disney Games and Interactive Experiences and ensure the successful launch and live operations of these titles in partnership with licensees
  • Be the lead with licensees in reviewing all marketing materials, providing guidance on strategic planning, delivering insightful guidance/feedback, sharing and delivering key information, and managing/approving marketing plans, creative assets, and marketing activations
  • Provide category expertise with licensees and guide them across all facets of brand management, product marketing, user acquisition, and social/community activities (inclusive of market research, consumer insights, product positioning, messaging, creative, promotions, distribution) to improve products and campaigns
  • Be a brand steward for TWDC brands, especially in providing guidance/feedback to licensees to deliver on brand marketing and creative executions that are both innovative and differentiated, while remaining true to the product
  • Cultivate relationships with partners to facilitate communication
  • Use consumer insights to identify market opportunities that help inform product decisions and that help shape player personas/target audiences, positioning, and go-to-market plans with licensees
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive market and business opportunities
  • Analyze performance of marketing campaigns with licensees to identify areas of optimization and make actionable recommendations
  • Implement industry best practices with licensees and aim to uphold benchmarks across all marketing campaigns
  • Partner with our teams (Production, PR, Franchise, Legal and more) to use their expertise throughout all stages of product development and to ensure alignment and agreement for a successful launch and/or continued live operations
  • Create and deliver on performance-driven Disney Marketing campaigns that extend reach, increase awareness, and result in meaningful brand deposits
  • Be the internal brand champion for licensees to help garner support for plans across TWDC
  • Work with regional teams to implement global strategy through meaningful local campaigns
  • Present marketing updates to Executives and broader Games and Franchise Teams
  • Create marketing pitch decks, presentation materials, internal plans, and post-mortems
  • Lead and mentor direct report(s) to achieve professional and personal developmental goals

理想条件

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, combined with 2+ years of working in Online/Media Entertainment (preferably within the gaming industry); experience managing direct report(s)
  • Passion for the entertainment industry with a focus on interactive and gaming
  • Experience in brand management, product marketing, user acquisition, and social/community marketing strategies/campaigns
  • Experience in translating qualitative/quantitative data into insights that tell a story
  • Experience inspiring direct report(s) to learn/grow
  • Working knowledge of 3rd party tools used to source market data and competitive insights
