创意及项目经理将带领团队同时辅助创意总监在项目的设计及执行上确保设计方案得到良好的执行。同时在设计项目中负责对内及对外各部门的沟通与联络，并且确保设计出的软线和硬线产品符合迪士尼的执行标准，以及品牌故事的完整性。

工作内容：

• 是创意总监和产品设计团队之间的纽带，确保迪士尼创意团队创建的所有概念性设计文件最终转化成可以用于生产的完稿文件；
• 负责指导和协调项目和开发团队、自由设计师以及实习生团队之间的工作安排，最大限度地利用现有资源并确保工作在规定的期限内顺利完成；
• 确保每个团队成员在预期的期限内按时按质完成设计任务，且上交的最终设计文件准确无误；
• 直接与创意总监，高级平面设计师和其他设计师合作，将所有设计最终文件传送给商品开发团队, 负责样品审批和设计更新；
• 负责与各个相关部门沟通与联络，实时更新与设计相关信息于设计团队。

• 拥有平面艺术、设计、插画或艺术学士学位或同等学历；
• 有专业设计代表作品集可以展示艺术领域的高级技能和经验；
• 拥有至少10年的商品设计或产品开发经验；
• 具有优秀的书面和口头表达能力；

• 展现出强大的合作技巧，擅长团队合作；
• 拥有灵活性和注重细节的能力；
• 拥有强大的影响力；
• 拥有娴熟的计算机技能，包括熟练掌握Illustrator和Photoshop以及Word，Excel和PowerPoint。

Job Summary:

A Manager, Creative & Projects provides leadership to the creative team while supporting creative director to ensure that the artwork direction is well executed, bring contact between other departments, and ensure the brand integrity and execution of merchandise hardline and softline for Disney Parks and Resorts meet Disney standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help to bridge between creative director and design team, taking all concept art files created by creative team to final production;
• Direct production designers, supervise production team and lead the freelance/intern production team, coordinating assignments to maximize available resources and ensure that deadlines are met;
• Ensure assigned final art is accurate and complete, delivered on time and on budget;
• Work directly with Creative Director, Senior Graphic Designer and other artists on transitioning all art to production team and working on sample approvals and art updates;
• Be responsible for the contact between relevant apartments, and updating in time the design information to design croup.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Art/Design, Illustration or fine arts;
• Own a portfolio of professional artwork that demonstrates advanced skills and experience in the art field;
• Minimum 10 years of experiences in merchandise design or product development;
• Have strong presentation skills;
• Have strong organization skills;
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and detail-oriented;
• Exhibit strong partnering skills and excels in a team dynamic;
• Have strong influencing abilities;
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop as well as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
