工作内容:

  • 您将为游客和演职人员提供安全和健康的演出环境,并坚持遵守运营和安全指导方针检查和清理表演区域的问题和安全隐患;
  • 您将监督和确保高效的演出日程安排,熟悉度假区内的日常娱乐演出时间表、娱乐演出项目、场地设置,并确保演出顺利进行;
  • 您将在剧院、园区、酒店和场外活动中观察氛围演出演员、迪士尼朋友和娱乐演出演职人员的工作表现以确保整体娱乐演出质量;
  • 您将负责所分配演出单元的所有演出元素的协调、整合和监督,包括演员、技术人员、服装、化妆、维护和乐园运营。例如:复审彩排、灯光、音效检查和布景润色;
  • 您将负责创建演出指示脚本和表演指示;
  • 您将发起与监管所被分配演出的日常人员安排和时间表,并按实际调整落实;
  • 您将根据天气情况、技术故障、演员受伤、服装问题和演出维护等,协助做出演出运营决策;
  • 您将主动与游客交流,并且协助迪士尼朋友与游客的互动,了解并解决游客的问题,同时创造良好的游客体验;
  • 您将定期给予演职人员肯定和不足的反馈,提供绩效指导并反馈给一线演职人员;监督和拓展演职人员团队(领班、演员和技术人员等);
  • 倡导积极正面充满乐趣的工作环境、在日常运营中激励和指导演职人员;
  • 主动提供解决方案和建议,提升运营效率,业务水平和演职人员士气;
  • 您将在特殊情况发生时与管理层和各团队主管与相关演职人员保持密切沟通;
  • 能够独立工作,负责并管理上级分配的相关项目以及指挥上级分配的演出;
  • 您将维护、执行和传达公司部门政策和工作流程;
  • 及时完成工作评估和演出报告;
  • 能够接受基于运营需求的跨岗位培训;
  • 其他要求的工作项目。

我们希望您:

  • 本实习项目需要全职工作时间(一周至少5天);
  • 申请人应对专业舞台管理工作或戏剧与演出制作有浓厚的兴趣、知识和理解;
  • 注重细节,能有效准确地完成工作;
  • 拥有较强的领导力和沟通技巧;和其他业务部门研制人员有效沟通协作的能力;
  • 能操作流利的普通话和良好的英语能力;
  • 能接受在室内与户外、节假日、和早晚两班交替的工作;
  • 即将于当年或来年毕业;
  • 有戏剧制作知识和舞台管理经验的候选人优先考虑;
  • 能够连续实习六个月。

Intern, Entertainment Show Operations

Line of Business: Entertainment

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

As an intern in the Show Operations team, you’d have the opportunity to work a variety of positions which may include but not limited to Host, Lead, Parade Captain and Stage Manager to understand the overall nature of the operations to help you in your growth and learning of the Entertainment aspect of the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will provide a safe and healthy performance environment for visitors and Cast Members, and adhere to operational and safety guidelines to inspect and clean up problems and safety hazards in the performance area;
  • Be familiar with entertainment schedules, entertainment offerings, lay out and daily schedules of the Resort. Monitor set and show schedules to achieve efficient operation and ensure they are followed;
  • Observe performer, Character, and Entertainment Cast Members performances in the Theaters, Park, Hotels and off-property events to ensure quality;
  • Be Responsible for coordination, integration, and supervision of all show elements including performers, technicians, costuming, cosmetology, maintenance, and Park Operations. For example coordination of show maintenance activities such as brush-up rehearsals, lighting and audio calls, and scenic touch-up;
  • Require Show Calling for the show assigned. Accountable for creating a show cue script and "calling" show cues;
  • Initiate and monitor work orders of daily labors and oversees day-to-day schedules and time sheets, and implement adjustments accordingly;
  • Responsible and support with show operation decisions regarding weather, technical break-downs, performer injuries, costuming problems, show maintenance ,and other related factors;
  • Will proactively communicate with guests and assist Disney Characters in interacting with guests, understanding and resolving guest issues, and creating a good guest experience. Continually provide Cast Members with performance coaching, positive, and corrective feedback. Mentor and develop Cast and crew (including actor, Leads, Performers, Technicians, etc.);
  • Be a motivator and promote a fun and positive working environment. Motivate and mentor Cast Members in day-to-day operations;
  • Proactively provide solution and suggestion to improve operation, business and Cast morale;
  • Keep the management, Leads, and related Cast Members informed of any unusual situations that occur;
  • Work independently and be able to lead and manage projects assigned by leadership;
  • Maintain, enforce, and communicate Company and department policies and procedure;
  • Complete all assigned performance appraisals and show reporting in a timely manner;
  • Remain flexible and open to cross-training based on operation needs;
  • Other projects as required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • This internship requires a full-time commitment (at least 5 days a week);
  • Applicants should have a strong interest and understanding in professional stage management, or theatre and show productions knowledge;
  • Detail-oriented and capable of doing work with efficiency and accuracy;
  • Strong organization and communication skills; ability and spirit to collaborate with Cast Members from different lines of business;
  • Fluent in Mandarin, competent in English;
  • Available to work in both indoor and outdoor, statutory holidays, and day and night flexible shift time;
  • Expected to graduate from school that year or the coming year;
  • Related working experiences or education in performing arts, theater or related discipline preferred;
  • Can commit to 6 continuous months.
