Front Desk Cast Members help ensure guests have a memorable stay at our hotels, whether through a speedy check-in process, excellent guest service, or assistance with various guest inquiries. With the support and development from our professional management team, you will be providing outstanding service to guests from all around the world; make them feel at home; and create magical moments throughout their stay. You will embrace and spread Disney culture, and bring the Disney stories to life in our immersive hotels.

Proactively interact with guests and solve guests’ challenges
Be familiar with hotel room configurations, different room rates, and promotions
Communicate overall room status current overall room status
Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

理想条件

The position will be required to work a flexible working schedule including work shifts on weekends and holidays as well as late hours
Flexible/adaptable (may work in various areas and under various conditions, and adapt to flexible working time), available to work for three days per week (Friday to Sunday). 24 hours at most per week
Should be able to work for more than six consecutive months.
Fluent Mandarin and English language abilities, both oral and written
Good communication skills and willing to offer assistance to guests
Understands privacy policies protecting Guests’ personal information
You shall obtain certificate and qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment training and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training

Work Location:

You will be working at Shanghai Disney Resort in Pudong, Shanghai. You can take metro Line 11 to Shanghai Disney Resort station or take one of our many shuttle buses. The shuttle buses can be taken from one of several central areas across the city every day. You can find out more information during your onboarding process.
