您将为我们的用户(游客和演职人员)提供前沿的技术和友好的线上线下用户体验。

您将定期接触业务利益相关者和执行管理层,以及将您的专业知识应用于许多技术问题和用户场景。

您将在该岗位上,作为数字化解决方案管理人员,从线上到线下,从软件到硬件,从“B2C” 到 “B2B”,从数字渠道到5G应用等多维度,参与和负责相关技术解决方案的设计、实施、交付、运维等管理工作。

工作内容:

  • 您需要带领单业务线或跨多业务线的数字化项目,完成包括数字解决方案的设计、项目采购及成本管理、供应商管理、项目敏捷交付管理,以及完成实施后的日常运维等各项管理任务;
  • 您需要根据管理层需求的优先级,协调不同技术团队达成整体最优化技术方案,实现业务成果和客户价值的最大化;
  • 您需要根据业务目标确定的优先事项,在多团队之间协调技术方案的实施细节,确保技术方案的实施符合既定目标,并对各团队直接合作形成正面、积极的影响;
  • 您需要参与各技术方案项目会议,推动与数字产品团队、技术团队和运营团队进行技术讨论和落地。及时向管理层汇报各项目中未被重视的重要争议,并提出解决建议;
  • 您需要推进数字技术方案的整合与优化,及时发现系统架构风险;
  • 您需要搜寻与研究相关竞争对手及相关行业中既有技术方案与商业案例,对上海迪士尼度假区技术与数字团队提出创新性改进建议,并做出可行性分析;
  • 您需要研究行业内优秀公司的创新案例和机制,系统性推进整个技术与数字团队在组织文化、组织架构、工作机制、知识储备、系统工具上支持技术创新。挖掘对上海迪士尼度假区可能有重大影响的创新技术应用或解决方案。

我们希望您:

  • 本科学位,计算机、数据、创新管理或数字化相关领域经验皆可,硕士以上更佳;
  • 10年以上B端或C端数字化转型产品交付经验,具备高质量技术解决方案的实施经验;
  • 在以下领域,至少2项有比较丰富的专业知识和项目经验:
    • 企业业务流程自动化平台、员工办公协作平台的搭建和优化,例如通过低代码平台、RPA工具快速构建线上协作流程;
    • 涉及手持设备、终端设备或嵌入式设备等软硬件相结合场景的解决方案设计与实施;
    • 线上线下(O2O)整合的数字化产品;
    • 云计算和大数据相关的数据分析平台,例如数据湖、数据仓库、用户数据平台(CDP)、商业智能分析(BI)、数据可视化应用等;
    • 线上游戏、娱乐、虚拟体验类的产品或项目,有虚拟现实(VR)、增强现实(AR)或混合现实(MR)相关经验者更佳;
    • 巨型复杂商业应用系统的数字化转型、迁移、架构优化,例如SAP, Workday;
    • 物联网(IoT)和智能硬件项目;
    • 生成式人工智能相关的项目或产品;
    • 无人驾驶运载技术及无人值守机器人相关产品、技术及解决方案;
  • 能够根据客户要求综合强大且经济高效的解决方案;
  • 杰出的书面,口头和人际交往能力,能与多项目团队高效工作,该岗位须与多团队持续沟通;
  • 拥有规划和交付跨多个产品和组织单位使用的软件平台(包括桌面应用、手机App及小程序)的经验;
  • 拥有产品成功交付及解决未来概念、产品或技术问题的经验;
  • 按照已定义的方法及流程来维护和实施日常最佳技术实践;

Digital Solution Manager

Line of Business:  Technology & Digital

Location:  Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

You are expected to provide cutting-edge technology and a friendly online and offline user experience for our users (guests and cast members) and have regular contact with business stakeholders and executive management, applying your expertise to various technical issues and user scenarios.

In this role as a digital solution manager, you are expected to be involved in and responsible for the design, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of related technical solutions across multiple dimensions, from online to offline, software to hardware, B2C to B2B, and digital channels to 5G applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital projects of single or across multiple lines of business, accomplish the management tasks including the design of digital product and solution, project procurement and cost management, vendor management, project agile delivery management and the on-going operation management after implementation is complete;
  • Based on the priority of management requirements, coordinate with different technical teams to achieve the overall optimization of technical solution, maximize business results and customer value;
  • Coordinate the implementation details of technological solutions among multiple teams to ensure that the implementation of technical solutions meets the established objectives and have a positive impact on the direct cooperation of all teams, according to the priorities determined by the business objectives;
  • Participate in each technical solution project meeting, drive technical discussion and implementation with digital products team, technology team, and operation team; timely report the important disputes not taken seriously in each project to the management and put forward solutions;
  • Facilitate the integration and optimization of digital technology solutions and identify system architecture risks on time;
  • Search and study the existing technical solutions and business cases of relevant competitors and related industries, put forward innovative improvement suggestions for the Technology and Digital Team of Shanghai Disney Resort and make feasibility analysis;
  • Study the innovative cases and mechanisms of outstanding companies in the industry, systematically drive the whole Technology and Digital Team to support technological innovation in organizational culture, organizational structure, working mechanism, knowledge reserve and system tools; explore innovative technology applications that may have a significant impact on Shanghai Disney Resort.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, data-related, innovation management or digitalization-related experience in the field, a Master's degree is a plus;
  • 10+ years of ToB or ToC digitalized product delivery, implementation expertise of high-quality technical solutions;
  • Have strong knowledge/expertise and experienced in 2+ of below items:
    • Enable enterprise business process automation platform and Cast collaboration platform, such as quickly enable online collaboration workflows through lower-code platforms and RPA tools;
    • Design and implementation of solutions involving the integration of hardware and software, such as handheld devices, terminal devices or embedded devices;
    • Online-Offline(O2O) integration digital products;
    • Cloud computing and big data relevant data analysis platform, such as data lake, data warehouse, customer data platform(CDP), business intelligence (BI), data visualization application, etc;
    • Online game, entertainment and virtual experience products and projects, with experience of Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) or Mixed Reality (MR) is preferred;
    • Big complex system digitalization, migration and architecture optimization, such as SAP, Workday;
    • Internet of Thing (IoT) and intelligent hardware projects;
    • Projects or products related to generative AI;
    • Autonomous Driving Solution and Unattended Robotics Technology, etc;
  • Ability to synthesize robust and cost-effective solutions that meet customer requirements;
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with project teams. The position requires constant communication with multiple teams;
  • Experience in planning and delivering software platforms, such as desktop application, mobile apps and mini-program, used across various products and organizational units;
  • Experience working on issues that impact design, product success, or address future concepts, products, or technologies;
  • A disciplined approach to maintaining and enforcing technical best practices;
  • Committed to delivering on time according to specifications and business needs;
  • Able and willing to effectively mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment;
  • Be familiar with the digital ecology of the Chinese market and agile development model;
  • Understanding the Internet ecology and technology trends in the Chinese market.
