职位介绍:

您将负责上海迪士尼度假区全渠道消费者数据化运营战略的制定,并通过统筹领导各部门协作,从数字化体验,内容营销及产品设计三方面实现高质量的落地执行及迭代,赋能上海迪士尼度假区全渠道用户/粉丝数量增长及黏性增强。您将与消费者互动和运营职能团队(包括社交媒体,微信,官方应用APP和官方网站)紧密合作,并且定期与度假区领导团队汇报,并与跨部门合作伙伴及第三方公司协同工作。此外,您也将要负责管理财务规划和资源的分配及规划。

工作内容:

  • 制定上海迪士尼度假区全渠道消费者数据化运营战略,组建团队,并与相关职能部门密切合作,实现解决方案和用户案例的高质量落地与快速迭代,以达成品牌建设和业务目标;
  • 与全链路消费者互动和运营团队紧密合作,通过消费者数据化运营,赋能上海迪士尼度假区消费者线上直营渠道(APP,官网,微信)实现用户增长及财务创收;
  • 与内部创意团队和第三方合作伙伴合作产出有影响力的用户/粉丝运营内容,与战略领导层合作确保创意遵循战略构想并能在各消费者接触点建立品牌渴望。

  • 拥有面向消费者的信息技术和数据式营销的知识。

资质要求:

  • 拥有十年以上相关工作经历;
  • 拥有大学本科学历;
  • 拥有消费者数据化运营,线上直营渠道(APP,官网,微信)用户运营经历优先;
  • 拥有中型(5人以上)团队管理经验优先。

Consumer Activation Director

Line of Business: Marketing

Location: China, Shanghai

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for the strategy development, and excellent execution of Shanghai Disney Resort's omni-channels consumer activation supported unified digital experience, content engagement, and product offerings. You will lead Shanghai Disney Resort’s omni-channels users/fans base and life-time-value growth. You will work with Consumer Activation platform teams (social, Wechat, official APP/Website) as well as regularly review with Shanghai Disney Resort leadership team, and interface with cross-discipline partners and agencies. Besides, you will have responsibility for managing financial planning and resource allocation and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Shanghai Disney Resort's omni-channels data-driven consumer activation strategy development and organization set-up. Work with related functional team to ensure excellent execution and optimization for digital solution and use cases,  to realize brand building and business goal;
  • Work with internal Consumer Activation platform teams, to enable user base growth and revenue generation for Shanghai Disney Resort’s consumer direct channels (APP/Web/Wechat);
  • Development of communications, ­working with internal creative team and agency partners to deliver the impact in communication efforts, partnering with strategy leaders to ensure creative follows strategy and build brand crave across consumer touchpoints.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop successful working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing a comprehensive strategic communication, media relations, and marketing program to advance an organization's mission and goals;
  • Extensive experience and skills in writing, editing, and management of communications and designs. Outstanding attention to detail;
  • Substantive knowledge and demonstrated experience in responding to media inquiries with tact, sensitivity, and diplomacy;
  • Excellent critical thinking, written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English, to convey information with accuracy, creativity, and diplomacy;
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and highly deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision and/or on a self-directed basis;
  • Advanced skills in directing and evaluating creative;
  • Ability to think in a holistic consumer-centric manner leveraging key insights;
  • Strong strategic planning and project management experience;
  • Financial literacy, fluency in marketing strategy, and communications;
  • Advanced skills in user operation across APP/Web/Wechat to build the brand and deliver the business goal;
  • Advanced knowledge of consumer-facing technology and data-driven marketing.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of related experience;
  • College degree;
  • Experience in unified digital consumer activation, and/or omni-channels (APP/Web/Wechat) user operation is desired;
  • Experience as team leader (>5 members) is desired.
