工作内容：

• 您将绘制支持性的研究材料与技术图纸：
  • 蓝图，可行性，创意拓展与技术拓展；
  • 招标与合同等相关文档；
  • 维保等相关文档；
  • 操作图纸和法定公文。
• 您将管理相关系列的技术图纸文档；
• 您将审查供应商提交的文件是否符合起草的标准;
• 您将确保在工作领域内，专业标准的一致性；
• 您将监督与您的工作相关的培训活动，确保培训材料的有效性（有时效性的更新是必要的）；
• 您将审核并提供新标准（法定标准，公司标准和行业标准）和上海迪士尼度假区全警报的信息。提供合规性报告，并与演出团队一起执行和完成所有实际性操作的项目；
• 您将与乐园运营，安保，娱乐演出制作团队和技术服务团队密切合作，以确保演出的顺利和安全运行；

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Specialist – CAD to create technical studies and drawings for our entertainment projects. The Ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as fluency in Mandarin and good command of spoken and written English. The Senior Technical Specialist - CAD will work in an office environment with occasional travel to project sites. This role may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• This Position will create studies and technical drawings to support:
  • Blue sky, Feasibility, Creative Development and Technical Development;
  • bid and contract documentation;
  • Maintenance documentation;
  • Operational diagrams and statutory documentation.
• This role required to develop and maintain an organized technical drawing archive;
• This role will review vendor submittals for compliance with drafting standards;
• This role will ensure continuity across the resort in the area of your discipline;
• You will oversee training activities related to your discipline and ensure training materials are effective and updated as required;
• You will review and provide input on new standards (Statutory, Company, and Industry) and Shanghai Disney Resort Safety Alerts. Provide compliance reporting and work with Show Teams on implementing and complete any action items;
• This role will work closely with park operations, safety, maintenance, entertainment production, and technical services to ensure smooth and safe show operation;
• You will maintain performance quality and company standards, observe all technical aspects of cast and crew performance, and provide work direction and feedback.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study;
• Five or more years of working experience; Theme park entertainment or Disney-related work will be preferred;
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with creative and production teams, other business units, all levels of management, and staff;
• Comfortable working in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, and multi-variable environment;
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize operational processes;
• Outstanding organizational, collaborative, and leadership skills, with the ability to give effective feedback, share creative new ideas, and maintain and enforce policies and processes;
• Basic knowledge and understanding of show production;
• Fluency in Mandarin and good command of spoken and written English.
