作为迪士尼运营信息管理中心的助理专员，您将为运营部的各条业务线提供数据支持及即时响应。您需要收集运营相关的数据并在系统中维护，并发布于不同渠道。您需要管理游乐设施及娱乐演出相关的产品库存，并根据运营需求及时调整库存及系统配置。

工作内容：

• 您需要收集各类数据（包括但不局限于乐园客流数据、游乐设备及娱乐演出的运营数据、天气、交通），并将数据进行整理后及时录入系统，确保系统中的相关信息准确；

• 您需要定时更新景点等候时间及各项设施的运营状态，并对突发情况做出及时响应；

• 您需要核实乐园运营数据，并制作报告发布于不同渠道；

• 您需要与景点运营、客流管理和工业工程等团队配合，负责管理游乐设施及娱乐演出相关的产品库存，并根据现场运营情况及时调整；

• 您需要支持工业工程团队的部分运营效率改善项目；

• 您需要完成部门安排的其他工作。

Job Summary:

As an Associate Specialist, Disney’s Operations Command Center, you will provide data support and immediate response for each business line of Operations. You will need to collect operational data and maintain it in the system, and publish the data to different channels. You will need to manage inventory for the products related to Attractions and Entertainment experiences, and adjust inventory and system configurations in time according to operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be required to collect different kinds of data (including but not limited to park entrance data, operational data related with Attraction and Entertainment, weather, traffic), clean up the data and input it into system in time to ensure that the relevant information in system is accurate;

• You will be required to update the wait time of attractions and the operating status of various facilities regularly, and respond to emergencies in time;

• You will be required to verify park operational data, prepare reports and publish them in different channels;

• You will be required to cooperate with the Attractions Operation Team, Guest Flow Team and Industrial Engineering Team to manage the product inventory related to Attractions and Entertainment experiences, and make timely adjustments according to the on-site operation;

• You will be required to support Industrial Engineering Team with some operational efficiency improvement projects;

• You will be required to perform other tasks assigned by the department.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required;

• Flexible to take different shifts and work in outdoor environment;

• Sensitive to data and detail oriented;

• Quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to make independent decisions in emergency situations;

• Have good communication skills in Mandarin and English;

• Skillful with Microsoft Office software, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
