助理商品开发专员 Associate Merchandiser

作为助理商品开发专员，您将负责主导一个商品品类，负责从产品开发从策略构想乃至最终上架销售的各项环节。这项职位的胜任者能够将商业洞察，通过迪士尼的语言，转化为出色的产品，最终为我们的顾客创造满意的体验。

工作内容：

• 结合数据分析、市场趋势洞察，制定产品品类策略；　
• 开发符合商业战略目标，兼顾品类发展策略的季节性以及常规产品；
• 协同创意部门，产出产品设计稿，进行产品简报以及生产开发工作；
• 组织并协调跨部门意见，对成本、时间表、高品质要求、安全性、良好顾客体验等各项因素进行均衡评估，完成产品设计开发工作；　
• 与跨部门成员协作，进行每一轮样品评估，依据项目时间表，提交反馈及审核意见；
• 与跨部门成员协作，筹备产品上市计划，包括销售地点、上市时间、宣传信息，视觉陈列、产品拍摄等各项作业；　
• 协助营运部门制作产品培训以及质量筛检等相关资料；　
• 与计划部门合作，定期追踪产品销售状况以及销售分析。

我们希望您：

• 拥有本科学位或同等学历；
• 在消费者品类产品开发相关领域，拥有至少3年的工作经验；熟悉从产品概念乃至生产环节的产品开发流程，优先考虑设计相关领域、潮流玩具、收藏品工作经验者；
• 针对塑料、玻璃、陶瓷材料、开模、加工工艺具备良好知识基础；　　
• 拥有至少一年针对年轻市场创造角色IP产品的开发经验；
• 对市场趋势及产品开发有自己敏锐独到的观察及见解；
• 结果导向思维，卓越的项目管理技巧；
• 注重细节；
• 能适合快节奏、多变化的的工作环境；
• 具备流畅的中英文说写表达能力、简报能力；
• 具有较强的合作能力和在多样化的团队中的合作精神；
• 能在日常工作中熟练使用Excel和PowerPoint。

Job Summary:

Associate Merchandiser is responsible for leading a product category and supporting the category function throughout product development from strategic conceptualization to product launch. This role is looking for a person who can use Disney language to translate business insight into exceptional products that elevate our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Propose category strategies that reflect company vision by business data review and market trend analysis;
• Develop seasonal and core product proposal that meet business target and also fit with category assortment strategies;
• Collaborate with creative team to generate art-to-product visualization for concept presentation and production;
• Coordinate with cross function teams to generate valid product design with balanced considerations to budget, timeline, quality, safety, and guest experience;   
• Collaborate with cross function teams to follow through sample review stages and give comments or approval by project timeline;
• Collaborate with cross function teams to prepare for product launch, including sales location plan, launch time, marketing communication, visual display, photo shooting and so on;  
• Support operation training materials of product knowledge and appearance checking standards;
• Work with planning team partners on sales tracking and sales analysis.    

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in consumer product development from conceptualization to product launch; Background in design, designer toys, collectibles is plus; 
• Good knowledge of materials and tooling for plastic, metal, glass, ceramics products;
• Minimum 1 year experience in managing IP product targeting young generation market;
• Ability of casting a sharp point of view on market trend and product development;
• Result driven mindset with good project management skills;  
• Attention to details; 
• Ability to fit in fast paced and frequently changing retail environment;
• Smooth English and Chinese communication and presentation skills- both verbal and written- in a multi-discipline company;
• Excellent team player; 
• Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint in daily work.
