主要职责
- Assist to develop, and lead a well-rounded and competent recruitment team of cast members, who have the ambition and passion of recruiting and delivering extremely dedicated services to guests who demand highest level of attention
- To execute the business plan for the Club 33 membership program to achieve and exceed the Club 33 sales goals. Implement high levels of quality and service, including financial, marketing and sales plan
- Open and flexible to work closely with Club 33 ops team to execute the work plan and to drive sales
- Collect related information from consumer insights and marketing research; Design product offerings are relevant to the market and based on Disney's core values
- Obtain a profound understanding of HNWI management and develop effective communication with the target group
- Facilitate and design the Club 33 sales tours
- Partner and communicate with all related organizations for best practice sharing and overall alignment of offerings
理想条件
- 8+ years of working experience in the hospitality industry or relevant business
- University degree preferred
- Industry experience in Sales and / or Marketing such as hospitality, luxury goods, high-end restaurants, or other high-paying guest service providers
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in clear, concise and compelling oral and written communication in both English and Mandarin
- Proven self-starter requiring minimal direction, follow-up and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Proven ability to translate strategies to action in a tight time
- Proven Computer Expertise with MS Office products and technical aptitude for other systems
- Experience working with all levels of leadership; demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all levels
- Must be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to motivate effective teams
- Detailed oriented
- Proficient knowledge of HNWI group in China
