职位介绍:
作为选品经理,此职务旨在确保上海迪士尼乐园官方旗舰店售卖的实物商品, 包括但不仅限于玩具、服饰、鞋类、包袋和文具等,能够满足市场需求,同时提升公司的市场竞争力和盈利能力。
工作内容:
- 产品分析与策略
市场调研,通过阿里巴巴以及蚂蚁集团大数据分析国内外消费者需求,以制订和执行适合上海迪士尼乐园官方旗舰店的选品策略和计划。 关注市场动态和潜在竞争对手,掌握流行商品潮流,构成、价格策略和促销手段,并采取对策。 参与构建上海迪士尼乐园官方旗舰店品类矩阵 包括不仅限于毛绒玩具。
- 选品与产品开发
负责电子商务平台-上海迪士尼乐园官方旗舰店选品,确保选品符合市场需求和公司战略。 负责向产品部门发起采购需求,确保采购产品库存符合上海迪士尼度假区官方旗舰店销售预期。 与产品设计部门紧密配合推进内部流程,开发以及上线上海迪士尼乐园官方旗舰店的特色商品。
- 营销与成本控制
参与商品定价、营销策略的制定,提升商品销售业绩。 与店铺运营团队共同制定销售计划,跟踪商品销售数据,对在库在售商品市场反馈进行分析,及时调整选品迭代策略。 与店铺运营部门紧密配合,共同确保店铺导购,运营和营销计划促进选品交易。 对选品成本进行控制,深挖选品策略,作好产品优化工作,确保上海迪士尼官方旗舰店的产品竞争力和利润空间
- 团队协作与沟通
与产品、运营部门以及市场团队合作,提供最前沿的品类信息,为业务规模提供支持。 协助定期与合作机构的沟通,总结市场状态和投研观点,为创新业务发展提供支持。
我们希望您:
- 具备本科以上学历并拥有8年以上工作经验;
- 拥有玩具、时尚、美妆或运动等品类3-5年选品经验;
- 拥有管理以及促进数据化解决方案开发经验优先;
- 熟练掌握量性分析和运营建模;
- 责任感突出,能够在期限内完成多项工作,并能在较少监督的情况下准确履行工作职责;
- 适应跨国公司中复杂而多样化的业务部门,能够在以项目团队为导向的环境中工作;

Job Summary:
As an EC buying Manager, this role is dedicated to ensuring that the merchandise including but not limited to toys, apparel, foot wears, bags and stationeries sold at Shanghai Disneyland Flagship Store at Tmall meets market demand, while enhancing the company’s market competitiveness and profitability.
What You’ll Do:
- Product Analysis & Strategy
Conduct market research, analyze both domestic and overseas consumer demand through Alibaba and Ant Group's big data to formulate and execute product selection strategies and plans tailored for the Shanghai Disneyland Flagship Store @ Tmall. Monitor market trends and potential competitors, stay updated on popular product trends, composition, pricing strategies, and promotional methods, and implement countermeasures. Participate in building the category matrix for the Shanghai Disneyland Official Flagship Store, including but not limited to plush toys.
- Product Selection & Development
Oversee product selection for the e-commerce platform (Shanghai Disneyland Official Flagship Store), ensuring alignment with market demand and corporate strategy. Initiate procurement requests to the product department, ensuring inventory aligns with sales projections for the Shanghai Disneyland Official Flagship Store. Collaborate closely with the product design team to streamline internal processes and develop/launch exclusive merchandise for the Shanghai Disneyland Official Flagship Store.
- Marketing & Cost Control
Contribute to product pricing and marketing strategies to enhance sales performance. Work with the store operations team to develop sales plans, track product sales data, analyze market feedback for in-stock and listed products, and adjust product iteration strategies promptly. Coordinate with the store operations department to ensure alignment between merchandising, operations, and marketing plans to drive product transactions. Optimize product selection costs, refine strategies, and improve product offerings to maintain competitiveness and profitability for the Shanghai Disneyland Official Flagship Store.
- Team Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to provide cutting-edge category insights, supporting business scaling.
Facilitate regular communication with partner institutions, summarize market conditions and investment research perspectives, and drive innovation in business development.
What To Bring:
- Bachelor degree above with at the least 8 years of working experience and 3-5 years of experience in managing or work as part of the EC buying team in the categories of toy, fashion, sports and beauty.
- Experiences in driving digital solution is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis and modeling;
- Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision;
- Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a multi-national company;
- Demonstrated strong curiosity and desire to learn;
- Fluent in spoken and written both Mandarin and English.
