职位介绍

Job Summary:

  • Fully understand Disney culture and values, manage Employee Relations Cases by applying relevant company polices and combining with China contract labor law;

  • Actively explore the trend of labor relations in the Chinese market, the development and update of China Labor Contract Law, and put forward relevant improvement plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will strengthen the understanding and application of relevant policies of company, China Labor Contract Law by providing consulting, training and case sharing;

  • You will identify the causes and trends of Employee Relationship cases and work with key partners to come up with solutions;

  • You will according to the relevant policies of the company, in combination with China Labor Contract Law, to ensure Employee Relations cases in compliant way and avoid labor disputes

  • Responsible for evaluating Employee Relations cases, investigating key cases and implementing relevant disciplinary actions;

  • You will be responsible for handling the complaint cases of employees in supervised department, and propose solutions according to the nature of the cases;

  • You will be independently responsible for Employee Relations related projects, including management training, case investigation, process improvement and other business support projects;

  • You will regularly maintain employee relations QuickBase system to ensure data integrity;

  • You will do other works assigned by line manager.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5 years and above of work experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations

  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

  • Rich experience in investigation of Employee Relations cases and ability to predict the outcome of cases

  • Good communication and adaptability

  • Familiar with China Labor Contract Law
