职位介绍

主要岗位职责：

价格管理

整合内外部数据、提供价格相关深入洞察，以此持续迭代和优化定价框架及策略；
研究和追踪主要竞品产品定价逻辑以及市场趋势，通过精准定价最大化产品收益；
维护现有的定价框架，并基于业务需求不断细化完善基于品类和餐厅定位的差异化定价策略；
定期进行价格复盘分析，通过重新定价贡献额外收益、达成年度收益增长目标

促销活动计划与收益分析

与餐饮、市场及销售等多个业务部门伙伴保持长期紧密合作，维护和迭代现有促销活动策略，提高乐园餐饮人均消费及渗透率；
基于主要业务收益指标，提供促销活动收益分析，并基于分析持续优化策略、提高效益

商业洞察

协助提供周度以及月度商业洞察分析报告；
基于业务需求，提供市场竞对分析和趋势洞察

任职要求：

大学本科或以上, 数学，信息系统，统计学，金融或其他数据分析相关学科学士学位优先考虑
有快消品行业，餐饮行业或咨询行业背景者优先考虑
具备流利的中英文口语、写作能力，可用英文作为日常工作语言
熟练掌握Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint，擅长数据可视化
须有运用SQL，Tableau，PowerBI, SAS,SPSS 等数据系统的项目经历
熟练掌握以下一种或多种程序设计语言：VBA, SAS, SQL, Python, R

Responsibilities:

Pricing

Assessing data from both internal and external sources to gain insights into pricing strategies;
Analyzing competitor pricing and market trends to capture pricing opportunities for maximizing profitability;
Maintaining existing pricing guideline and establish new categories/locations based on business needs;
Executing routine pricing review process and deliver incremental revenue from pricing to meet annual revenue growth target.

Offer planning and measurement

Collaborating with sales and marketing departments on developing and implementing product offering to drive consumer spending and penetration;
Measuring offer revenue impact based on key business metrics and continue to optimize offer efficiency.

Business insight

Supporting weekly, monthly business insight report;
Delivering market benchmark study based on business needs.

Bachelor's degree or above (major in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or other Data Analytical program is preferred);
Experience with FMCG, Food & Beverage or Consulting is preferred;
Proficient language skills in both English and Chinese, oral and written;
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoints, and good with Data Visualization;
Experience with SQL/Tableau/PowerBI/SAS/SPSS etc.
Proficient with at least one of the languages: VBA/SAS/SQL/Python/R
