Based at in Shanghai and reporting to the Greater China Marketing and Sales Director and APAC sales manager in Paris, the Disneyland Paris Greater China key account manager develops sales with existing and new partners to increase revenue from greater CHINA area.


  • Business development:
The key account manager develops business through a network of travel agencies in specific target markets including parc tickets and hotel packages sales via B2C OTA’s targeting independent travelers, B2B/wholesalers travel agencies, and UGC online platforms.
  • Follow the relationship, support and develop a portfolio of existing key accounts.
  • Build-up and manage new potential clients and partner base.
  • Develop and implement key development projects in the area.
  • In cooperation with headquarters, develop co-operative sales and marketing action plans with partners.
  • Explore potential opportunities to grow business and awareness including cooperation with travel agencies, social media, airlines, KOL, press, etc.
  • Ensure sales results.

  • Trainer and brand ambassador:
As a key contact between areas’ partners and the headquarters in Paris, the key account manager embraces corporate values and represents Disneyland Paris in the region at professional forums and trade shows to increase awareness, insure partner’s professionalism and efficiency.
  • Communicate headquarters’ promotions, new products and services, marketing plans, assets and branding policies to the market. Monitor online and offline brand image.
  • Instruct, coach, motivate travel agents’ network.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing material conception.
  • Ensure delivery of qualitative and quantitative objectives.

  • Market intelligence and reporting:
The key account manager closely follows market evolutions and recommends adaptations.
  • Business intelligence including economic and political environment, competition, market trends, consumer behavior.
  • Identify business and marketing developments opportunities.
  • Ensure regular and structured reporting on customers/prospects feedbacks and recommendations to grow business.


  • Proven international sales records in the tourism/travel/hospitality industry.
  • Active network within the travel industry in China.
  • Familiar with Chinese online ecosystems, including Hong Kong and Taiwan.
  • Good negotiation skills, results-minded, long-term and sustainable vision.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese mandarin and English (other languages is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently with remote management and customers nationwide.
  • Hands-on, imaginative, constructive and critical thinking.
  • Available for travels within Greater China and foreign countries.

Requested languages: Fluent in Chinese mandarin and English, other language is a plus.
Computer skills: Excel / Word / Powerpoint.
Degree: Bachelor/Master level in international business/tourism/hospitality or equivalent.
